I had an issue with one of my UVB lights. I contacted Hygger on a Friday and explained the issue. I received an email very quickly and was able to figure out how to diagnose the problem . Hygger was quick to respond and was able to help me even on a weekend. Their products have always been well made and the company stands behind them. Highly recommended.

Ordered two gyre style crossflow wave makers. They both worked great upon installation, but one of them broke in less than a day. Must have been a faulty motor, it happens. I reached out to customer support, and they were very helpful in attempting to help me troubleshoot the problem. And when none of the fixes worked, they sent me a new motor with no hassle. I just received the replacement at no charge to me, and it works great! Overall happy with the product quality, very quiet operation with a high output and lots of settings! Hopeful that these will last me a long time

The Hygger 18-24 light I ordered is awesome! It has all the color spectrums and I love the auto light on the easy controller the light comes with. I work at night, so when I get off in the early morning, I won't worry because my aquarium lights will turn on at 6 30 am and shut off by themselves. It's a great way to have an easy and worry free light source for your aquatic friends. It also has adjustable, sliding arms and will perfectly fit on top of your aquarium! I would definitely recommend!

On 7/25 I ordered a Hygger Aquarium Gravel Cleaner - 15W-Blue which I received. After opening the box I immediately knew that the pump would be too big for my small 5 gallon Betta tanks. We emailed Hygger the same day explaining the situation, which was unfortunate, having heard good things about this company. They responded a few days later requesting a reason, which we had already explained and photos and stated that in lieu of a refund they would give me 40 points towards a future purchase and the cost to ship would be at my expense (I totally understand that part). When we replied stating we preferred a refund we then heard nothing back from anyone. After sending 3 additional emails with NO response and sending a 4th email I finally hear back from someone today stating that they sent return instructions and perhaps the email went into my Spam folder which it did not. I honestly feel that they purposely delayed responding to me in hopes that I would forget or to perhaps drag this out past their 30-day return policy. Up until now I had no opinion about Hygger and their products but the lack of response is unacceptable.

So unfortunately I bought a heater that was faulty it worked amazingly till it didnt i contacted the customer service department and they were amazing help and replaced the heater as it was still in the 2 year warranty i wouldn't hesitate buying any of there products.

Purchased the hugger quartz heater and bubble pad and both have failed to do what they were built to do! The bubble pad stopped working after two months and the heater stopped shortly after! A code came up for over heating and won’t reset even after several attempts! Will I invest in another hygger product? Absolutely not!

Great quality products and quick customer service response. We received a broken light. Just 1 message to Hygger and they immediately sent out a new light and followed up to make sure we received it and it was working properly! You don't see that level of customer service today, highly recommend Hygger.

My water heater broke down, so I contacted them about the issue and received a quick response; good brand, good service, and excellent customer care.

Had a problem with my heater… I contacted the support team who replied promptly with some suggestions on how to correct the problem and a request for some info and a video which I provided shortly after. Again, a very prompt response agreeing there was a fault and a replacement was arranged. I was told it

It arrived the same day. Fantastic customer service from Emma throughout with prompt responses and a quick resolution - never used Hygger before but after this experience would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others - occasionally things go wrong - I think the measure of a company is how a problem is resolved and I have to say I couldn’t have asked for better

The product had a defect after a short time. After a brief consultation with support, a new part was immediately sent to me free of charge via Amazon. Excellent communication.

I had an issue with my old aquarium filter, which was not working properly. After confirming the malfunction, the company handled the situation very professionally and sent me a replacement filter free of charge.

I really appreciate how quickly they responded and how fairly they dealt with the problem. It’s always good to see a company take responsibility and resolve an issue in a practical way. Overall, a very positive experience and excellent customer support.

Like always customer service is on point,I have been using Hygger aquarium supplies for a while and everything purchased is quality products, i just got a powerhead in yesterday and a submersible led light coming in tomorrow,looking forward to see new products

My aquarium heater failed. They ran through basic troubleshooting and asked for a video.
They quickly agreed it had failed and sent a replacment that arrived in a couple of days.
Great overall support.

I ordered a Hygger LED lizard light about 8 months ago in 2025. The product had an adjustible light intensity and timer switch on it, which stopped working a couple months ago. Since I bought it on Amazon, I thought, like most products, companies do not respond after issues with products. To my surprise, Hygger responded immediately, worked through the issue with me, and ultimately sent me a replacement switch at no cost. This company stands by their products and their customer service is amazing. I definitely recommend them if you appreciate strong customer service and responsiveness for products that you purchase.
