registered a new account to get the welcome offer of "deposit and play £10 to receive 50 free spins" i deposited £20, played it and lost it within about 3 miinutes only to find no welcome offer waiting for me. went to live chat, told them what had happened and the response was "higher management have decided not to give you any bonus offers"
i then asked for what reason has this been decided annd this was the response "i dont need to give you a reason and the decision will not be changed"

i have just started the complaints process so will see how that goes. i know it may sound petty but its the principal of it and too many companies like this are just scamming and robbing people then getting away with it.

I joined Hyper Casino as a new customer and was immediately met with a wall of obstacles instead of a genuine welcome. Account verification was slow and unnecessarily fussy, then my first deposit failed, and after all that they “kindly” enabled deposits but disabled my bonus function until I provide “regular gameplay” without any bonus. On top of this, the so‑called welcome bonus is pathetically low for a new player.

It feels like they are happy to waste valuable customer time with hoops and conditions instead of offering straightforward, honest onboarding. There are plenty of other casinos that show real sincerity to new customers with clear terms and decent offers, without this kind of restrictive nonsense.

Had a bad experience with them- I joined and deposited money into my account for my Welcome Bonus, only not to be given the bonus... They said the bonus feature on my account was switched off due to the system finding another account with the same IP address, they then looked into this when I complained and said sorry and have switched the bonus feature back on... problem solves right? well no... then they said that "however the welcome bonus was to be activated with your 1st deposit as per terms, therefore this cannot be added now since the deposit was made"- so I cannot have the bonus due to their system and they won't even give it as a gesture of good will... They've never had no issues, I've tried to withdraw £100 (bare in mind I've deposited for about a year)

And they are now requesting 6 forms of ID.. if my £100 isn't withdrawn or they don't return my deposits (££££) then I will charge back every deposit from my bank. I'll also report them to ask gamblers & I'll ALSO file a complaint for breaching there license.

GUYS REMEMBER- if they request documents upon withdrawal when they could have requested these documents at an earlier date IT ISNT VALID.

I am only giving them a one as I can't give them a minus 10. They are corrupt and they offer free spins on registration but you don't get them as they say you refused them. Illegal gaming practices and they should be reported for the way they are operating
