Although it was short period working with Giles, he got really hands into the nitty gritty details on our project, unlike many other crowdfunding service providers. Giles offered suggestions but also specific wording to use to optimize our campaign, and really got involved to tell the story of our campaign better to present to potential backers and for press coverage.
