I bought the Overcome Travel Sickness hypnosis track as I always get sea sick and I had a dreaded boat trip that I had to take this summer. I listened to the track every day for three weeks before the trip (they recommended 14 days but I thought a few more days may be helpful). On the day of the trip I was a lot calmer than usual and while we were out on the boat I felt fine although it was fairly calm to start. In the afternoon the wind picked up and it was quite choppy, normally conditions that would make me ill but I didn’t have any issues at all. I am absolutely amazed, I didn’t think I would ever be able to travel on a boat again! I’ve just purchased the Improve Posture track as that’s my next improvement project! I honestly didn’t think it would improve my life so much. Thank you so much for making these!

While I'd like to be uncharacteristically private about why I am using these downloads, I have found them be relaxing, reassuring and genuine. They provide both meditative and hypnosis-related experiences. I see results in the way I think about situations when I am not listening to a download. A wide variety of topics are covered. The cost is low. And questions are answered by email. Truly an amazing enterprise.

I've been using hypnosis downloads from Uncommon Knowledge for years. The very first one was for pain as I suffer with spinal issues and even though I take a lot of pain medication, I'm constantly in pain. After listening just once I was amazed that my pain had gone! It was a miracle!

I have downloaded and used 2 x Hypnosis sessions. One for Execise Motivation and one for Sweet Tooth.
With in a day of each I could feel the results; feeling more motivated to exercise. That was about a month or two ago and it has not left.
I have been doing Sweet Tooth for 7 days now and have also seen a drastic change since day 1. I still think about indulging, but find it easier to just say no and move along. And, at this time of year that is usually very difficult with all the temptations.

I find the preface in UK (Uncommon Knowledge) scripts helpful. By the time I’m ready to close my eyes and experience a deeper state of relaxation, I’m aligned with the subject, have made all the necessary comfort and posture adjustments and am fully ready to relax and enjoy the message and process.
I also find the pace of the narration to match my own; not too fast, not too slow.
I also appreciate the significant selection of audio scripts and plan to experience more, as time and needs evolve.

My first interaction with Hypnosis downloads was unbelievable, I had a serious complication with bladder control after the serious abdominal operation related to cancer. So I was surprised to find the audio for overactive bladder and stress control in a bundle and after 1 session, I was healed. This gave me an unbelievable confidence and boost in my life!!! I continued to explore other audios to resolve different issues I need to cope regarding stress and it helps in my job as well.

Overactive bladder no more. I've had bladder urgency all my life, worsened after 4 babies. Mildly assisted by drugs which I stopped after many years use due to realizing they dry up mucus membranes and badly effected my teeth. I managed to improve symptoms a bit with Joe Dispenza meditations which took a lot of work. Then I got Whooping Cough and became incontinent. After a few weeks I tried the hypnosis download for bladder urgency. Unbelievably, in 2 days my urgency was almost gone. In a week totally gone. I still listen occasionally but it is so relaxing and not a chore at all
