Elaine was absolutely amazing with my daughter. Spoke to her in such a caring way and showed great empathy and put her at ease very quickly.
I have also had hypnotherapy with her and it was a really positive experience. So professional too! Thank you so much Elaine 🩷

I have had many treatments with Elaine over the years. Most recently I have had hypnotherapy for anxiety problems. I have found Elaine to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable in what she does . I can’t recommend Elaine highly enough

Life changing results
I recently had 3 appointments with Elaine using The Control Method. Honestly, what a game changer. I’ve gone from being completely phobic about train travel to confidently enjoying a journey and a day out with family. This has meant the world to me and Elaine is such an empathetic practitioner who really roots for you throughout. She is so professional and is truly a master at what she does. I can’t thank you enough Elaine. You’ve really changed my world.
