Ezinne is de beste! Ze is super snel in het afhandelen en regelen, is altijd responsief en heeft alles ontzettend fijn uitgelegd.

Nigel heeft ons vanaf het begin heel goed geholpen. Wij zijn starters op de woonmarkt, dus hadden wellicht veel vragen maar niks was teveel. Goede en snelle communicatie en alles was binnen no-time geregeld.

My experience with Hypotheekrente.nl was excellent. Our advisor was Ezinne Mgbemena, and she was the absolute best. As expats buying our first home, we were a bit unsure of what the process would involve. This was especially true because we wanted to try to navigate the process without a buying agent. Ezinne made everything perfectly clear and put all of our uncertainties to rest. She was very proactive in explaining what needed to be done, arranging every step, and making the entire process stress free. She was incredibly responsive, even sending documents and taking care of next-steps during the weekends and evening hours whenever documents became available. She definitely goes above and beyond, and I couldn't recommend her enough!

Wat zijn wij ontzettend dankbaar voor de hulp van Bas van Krugten van Hypotheekrente.nl. Het was voor ons best spannend en stressvol, maar Bas heeft echt al die zorgen weggenomen. Vanaf dag één voelden wij ons gehoord, begrepen en vooral serieus genomen. Hij stond altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden, legde alles met enorm veel geduld uit en dacht continu met ons mee alsof het zijn eigen situatie was.

My mortgage process with Hypotheekrente is complete and I have received the funds, but I want to be honest: it was not an easy journey for me.
The biggest challenge throughout was a lack of clarity and proactive communication. Two things stood out:
1. My bonus limit was miscalculated by the mortgage advisor and I was told that my base income fell short, no one suggested exploring my performance bonus as an option. I only discovered this was possible through someone outside the process. For something this important, that guidance should come from your advisor not by chance. (At the end I could get the amount I needed with my base income, so we didn’t have to go through that anyways)
2. The valuation agency was instructed to pause my application by the mortgage advisor without anyone telling me. I spent days chasing them, and had no idea.
A mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes. Being kept informed even about small operational steps makes an enormous difference to the client experience.
I appreciate the flexibility shown when things went wrong, and I’m glad we got there in the end. But if communication were more proactive and transparent from the start, this process could have been significantly less stressful.

Positively: my mortgage advisor was extremely well responsive and even helped me with filling in the valuation report!

Wij zijn ontzettend blij met de hulp van Renate bij het aankopen van onze woning. Vanaf het eerste moment heeft ze ons geweldig geholpen met de financiering van onze woning. Haar manier van meedenken en adviseren gaf ons veel vertrouwen en rust in een best spannend proces. Ze nam de tijd om alles goed en duidelijk uit te leggen en was goed bereikbaar. Het was erg fijn dat ze flexibel en snel schakelt en met ons meedacht (ze is geen makelaar, maar heeft echt een boel kennis die je kan meenemen). Haar tempo is lekker vlot en gezellig wat ook erg fijn is in zo'n "stressproces"
