Versandkosten sowie Kosten für die Retoure sind schwer nachzuvollziehen, da der offizielle Puma-Shop beides kostenlos anbietet. So fallen bei einem Umtausch (z. B. andere Größe) ca. 15 € an.

I got a promotion code

I got a promotion code, after ordering a wrong Item I cancelled the order, fun fortunately the code is not valid any more and customer service doesn't want to issue a new one. I lost 75.-£. Don't recommend this shop. After 8 Day's the issue could be resolved, thank you.

Sendung kann man auch nicht tracken .

This pains me to write a 1 star review…

This pains me to write a 1 star review as I have never done this before but I am so disappointed. Wish I has read reviews before ordering.
Been waiting a month for a sweatshirt but money taken straight away. Really want it for my upcoming Hyrox event. Even thinking I will not do any more events.

Don't order from them

Don't order from them! I have placed 3 orders and large orders with a considerable amount of money on the line. They have horrible customer service, don't have any insight into their inventory and will hold items for weeks. They also "dispatch" some items but not others and never deliver packages to the carriers. Very frustrating and they don't even have higher up management to talk to.

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. Ordered shorts, emails for three weeks saying we are saying your order still has not been dispatched.
I messaged customer service asking why, all I got was it will be dispatched asap sorry. No reason. I’ve now cancelled.

Retourenprozess funktioniert nicht…

Ich habe Schuhe in mehreren Größen bestellt. Der Retourenprozess ist eine komplette Katastrophe. Man bekommt kein Retourenlabel, der Customer Service verweist auf ein Retourenportal welches absolut nicht funktioniert. Ich rate jedem ab diesen Shop zu benutzen.

No time to cancel after an order

Ordered some shoes for my next hyrox race. About 10 mns later, I am told by my coach that I should order an additional size as feets tend to get bigger during a race. So I try to cancel my order. Doesn't work. I ask someone from the chat, they say it's already too late (really??? 10 minutes?). The package is still in the warehouse! They say I need to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back to get refunded. What a surprise when I try to send it back , they want to charge me 10 euros... Complete rip off.

Rückerstattung kam nie bei mir an, seit dem Funkstille

Habe einen Gutschein erhalten, da bei einem Kauf das Produkt mangelhaft war. Mit dem Gutschein sollte ich das Produkt oder ein anderes einfach nochmal erwerben. Hat funktioniert, konnte ihn einlösen und nochmals was kaufen.
Problem: Artikel ist viel zu groß ausgefallen. Also über den Support per Mail einen Umtausch eingeleitet. Anfangs hieß es, bitte an die Adresse. Also gesagt getan. Dann - Paket schon lange weg - bekomme ich ein Retour-Label für die Post, hilft aber nichts mehr wenn ichs schon weg geschickt hab. Zusätzlich ne Mail, dass meine Rückgabe abgewickelt wurde, das Geld auf meine Zahlungsmethode (Gutschein) erstattet wurde. Nur funktioniert der Code nicht mehr ... Seit dem auf alle Mails keinerlei Reaktion mehr, seit Monaten. Hab bestimmt schon knappe 10 geschrieben. Bin also um 80€ ärmer und werd ignoriert. Definitiv davon abzuraten, hier zu bestellen. Customer Service unter aller ***. Und die Größen müssen einfach probiert werden, ich hab sowohl Gr. XS als auch L im Schrank, weil einfach beides passt. Und ich bin n 1,8m 82kg schwerer Kerl... Da ist auf die Größenangaben im Web einfach keinerlei verlass...

Extremely Poor Quality and No Customer Service

I ordered a pair of HYROX shoes, expecting a high-performance product. However, during my very first training session, the shoe completely broke after a minor impact — extremely disappointing for something advertised for intense training.

Worse still, after returning the rest of my order and emailing their customer service multiple times (first on February 26 and again on March 20), I have received no response at all. No acknowledgment, no refund, nothing.

This level of product quality and customer care is absolutely unacceptable. If a company can't even respond to basic refund requests after selling defective products, it says a lot about their standards.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering here. Very disappointing experience.

Ich versuche bereits seit 3 Wochen…

Ich versuche bereits seit 3 Wochen kontakt aufzunehmen, es wird nicht auf emails geantwortet, es gibt keine Hotline, kein Umtausch, kann jedem nur abraten hier Schuhe oder andere Hyrox Produkte zu kaufen. Ich werde heute meine 15 Email versenden damit ich endlich die Schuhe zurücksenden kann.

This is beyond ridiculous

This is beyond ridiculous. First, you sent me the wrong shoes—completely wrong size, wrong model, and to top it off, two right-foot shoes in the same box. How does that even happen? You identified the mistake quickly, which gave me hope that you could at least fix your mess. But then? Absolute silence for two weeks. No updates, no tracking, nothing.
Now, today, I receive another package—one I wasn't even informed about—and guess what? You somehow managed to screw it up AGAIN. Not only is the information on the box incorrect, but you literally repeated the same mistake. Do you even bother checking anything before shipping?

No update or anything from the shop.

Ripped off

I ordered a pair of shoes in two different sizes. When I found out they had a carbon plate, I sent them back immediately. However, I now received an email that the shoes have been used and they can’t accept them back??? I never used or walked on the shoes, it’s ridiculous!

Lange Lieferzeit und keine Antwort

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe das erste Mal etwas bestellt (den HYROX-Rucksack) leider habe ich bis auf eine Auftragsbestätigung nichts erhalten (warte bereits zwei Wochen). Auf eine Antwort auf meine Email warte ich auch schon wieder 4 Tage.
In Bezug auf das wofür HYROX steht ist die Performance des Onlineshops stark verbesserungsfähig.

Schoenen nooit gekregen

De schoenen die ik besteld heb waren eerst verkeerd van maat. Ze zouden de juiste maat opsturen, maar die zijn nooit gekomen. Nieuwe schoenen besteld, maar omdat ze verkeerd geadresseerd waren zijn die weer geretourneerd naar Hyrox zelf.
Ik wou dus graag schoenen kopen maar 3x niet gelukt!!!
