i love i am gia :)) there was a problem, that i assume was with usps, where i didn’t end up getting a dress id ordered and the i am gia customer service representative replied quickly and steadily with myself and usps. after they’d connected will usps, they informed me and it became clear that usps had lost the package. they were quick to offer to either send me another dress for free and with express delivery or store credit in the amount i’d spent on the dress. very happy with my experience.

I’ve been trying to order for the past 3 days and I can’t they keep declining my order.

Great but duties are too high if you leave in canada. Bought a dress was $210 CAD when I received it I had to pay extra $70 in duties. Not worth it

I love the dress, the shape and fit are perfect but the first night I wore it the fabric balled on the front :(

Paid next day air shipping and did not get my item until a week later. Fix it.

My order came super late when I paid extra for express shipping. Very disappointed.

Dress is beautiful I. Bought a large 175 lb it’s just short for the big booty girls.
