Fraud, never received my product. Horrible

order a tag heuer watch strap on the 08/11/2025 and paid 75,18 euro.After several emails without answer and no delivering once ,before yesterday, a chinese women sended me a whatsapp.Telling me that the product was out of stock.I sended a message back to start the refund. She wroted me it was only possible with PayPal.I dont have payPal and asked her to refund it on my credit card witch one i paid.Impossible she said.After a discussion with a other cinese man he hanged the phone up!!! So the refund??? Scammers.Sended a whatsapp today(name Mchaffie +34660213475) and no answer!!!

My order of $60.99 took over a month to get update and finally it says delivered, but nothing and nowhere the ordered item delivered, there’s no way to contact the seller it just took the money and disappeared. Stay away from this.

Scam website. Confirmation email does not list item purchased. Shipping email links to a fake shipping site. Item never delivered. Company does not respond to emails.

Ordered TV and guess what? It NEVER came and reading other reviews I can see why. Don't bother with this company I think they invented the word scam. And they are still fleecing people and the authorities do nothing about it. Shame on the scam protectors!!!!

I went to this company and I ordered some THC disposable vape pens from this website they sent me a email stating that my shipment had been shipped out and then I received an email saying that my package had been delivered but I never received the package I have been trying to contact them since last year in November and I still not received a message back from them I received the message saying that my package was was shipped and then December the 8th of 2025 they said my package was delivered I had a tracking number to it I have an email confirmation to get the package but I never received my package I've been giving them time to get back in contact with me I have been sending them emails and they have not returned any of my emails so what else can I do

This company is a scam. I ordered a product and their phony HMG tracking site said it arrived? It did not. I was home and could see out my front window. Plus who delievred it? USPS? They don't come at 9:35a as the site reported. They NEVER come that early. I disputed it with Citibank. They denied it because this fraudualent company said the tracking website said I received it. A complete and utter scam. And Citibank did no due diligence either. Any bit of homework shows this company is a scam. They have even been reported to the BBB. Next step: Calling my state's attorney general.

Scam Warning SCAM I ordered a part that was $25 cheaper than most of the other websites. After that they sent a tracking number from HMG shipping who are they never received my item used the tracking number and it showed it was delivered but never received it. Beware heed the warning.

As everyone states, 100% scam, including all the shipping info. All emails relating to the bathroom part I ordered never included any company details, all generic rubbish, I'm raising a Section 75 with my credit card

Ordered a Rae Dunn blanket, cost was average to all other Rae Dunn products. Website seemed legit. Didn't come up with Ibrahim Deal LLC until I completed the transaction. They contacted me with a tracking number, from HK through HMG express (I can't find it anywhere local anymore as I previously purchased the same thing locally last year). The tracking number came up incorrect so I emailed them asking for a new tracking number. They responded within 48 hours. This one worked and I tracked it from HK to my city. Checked with the postmaster and delivery driver and have cameras - none produced any item. Have sent numerous emails with zero response. Really frustrating as I waited quite a while for nothing to show up for Christmas. Just filed a dispute through my bank. 😔

This is an absolute scam. I have reported them to ScamWatch and also reviewed here the bogus shipping website HMG-track that they use to pretend items have been shipped. I have disputed the MasterCard charge and expect a full refund. If you have been affected make sure you report it otherwise they will still keep conning others.

Scammer do not send any money , I bought tiles 2 months ago and still not arrived

What a scam do not order off this site. Ordered got an email no information of the company on it . The shipping company HMG shipping is a scam as well . Sent numerous emails but no reply. Reported to my banks a scam

I ordered. Rae Dunn desk calendar on 11/4/25 off of Etsy and I received a tracking number but does not exist. I am upset because now I am having a hard time finding that calendar. My CC company had advised to file a dispute. Grrrr!

Product never delivered despite receiving email shipped out.
HMG tracking number given. No reply from shipping company either. Send out more than 15 emails both companies won't reply.

I’ve written to this seller - who is a piece of trash - numerous times about a package reported as delivered.

I have a have surveillance cameras all around my house, and none show anyone anywhere near my house on the date and time the delivery was reported as being made.

Nor has the seller responses to my inquiries asking him to identify the carrier and tracking number.

I expect he never ships any ordered items, although the tracking service reports the package having been delivered to my address.

Please don't expect delivery of anything you may have purchased from this scammer!

Ordered a part advertised online 11/04/25. This is NOT a USA based company as depicted on the web site. When using their tracking # it shows an origin in HK.
After ordering and paying, I received spam emails telling me my transaction was not completed, and I could receive an additional discount on the part I ordered if I “paid for it now”. These emails continued for 5 straight days.
If I actually received something from them, I would be surprised if it is what I actually ordered.

I checked tracking of the parcel on 12/03/2025.
The tracking number that was provided showed that my parcel was delivered by my postal carrier on 12/04/2025 @ 0900. So they stated that my delivery "occurred in the future".
I have filed a complaint through my credit card company. Lets see how this plays out.
