Bad Return experience
The process to return items is not straight forward - the email explains using a QR code to scan and return but in reality this does not exist and you have to print a label. In 2026 when no one has a printer this is ridiculous. The return also took a long time to be processed. This for sure has put me off ordering from this brand again. The email support I received from Ronja was very quick and helpful, though

Schönes Material
Leider musste ich meine gesamte Bestellung retournieren. Obwohl die Hosen aus einem hervorragenden Material gefertigt sind, zeichnete sich der Genitalbereich für mich persönlich zu deutlich ab. Schade, vielleicht an anderes Mal.
Lieferung ging fix, Retoure dauert etwas.
