I have made four attempts to contact Vik now on email and via the phone. Emails get bounced back and phone no response with no ability to leave a message. I need to speak to the team urgently regarding some queries I have about my hire and it ending. Someone needs to get in contact! I’m sure there won’t be an issue when it comes to retuning the car. Customer service is very very poor

Ordered an A3 Audi on 27 Jan
Ordered an A3 Audi on 27 Jan. Told it be mid April.
It's now June no communication no car
Calls go in answered. All voicemail with no reply.
They all show no substance. I've signed a credit act that say's I have no rights to pull out yet I've had zero communication from them in month's.
I'm going to the ombudsman now as feel they have let me down..I'm not even sure they are actually legit

Amazing experience!!
From enquiring about car options through to the delivery Rebecca was very efficient and professional.
Email queries were responded to very quickly, and I was kept up to date with the arrival and then delivery.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, 5 star professional service, thank you!!

Excellent Service
Customer service including communication from Rebecca was excellent through process from agreeing the lease terms (which were excellent) and arranging with the dealer to amend a car already on order to meet my requirements. Unfortunately my circumstances changed relatively quickly and that was handled very professionally. Would certainly use them again.

Please don’t waste your time with this company. They don’t bother to respond when you ask for a complaints procedure. They delay vehicle delivery for months on end. The worst service I have ever received. Avoid at all costs.

Hello Harry. I do get the frustration here, especially with the delays, it’s not what anyone wants.
The car was ordered with an initial date based on factory guidance, but Audi then pushed this back. The Sport version of the Audi A3 has been hit more than most.
From our side we’ve kept in touch throughout, responded to emails and sent weekly updates so you knew where things were up to. We also made it clear along the way that you could cancel without penalty if the delays didn’t work, and we haven’t taken any money from you as we don’t charge admin fees. Of course we dont want you to cancel we would rather you be in the car, that's our main objective as a business.
On the complaints procedure, it is on our website and I can’t see a request come through to us if, so if you still wish to do this after cancelling please do. Also I do understand why you’re unhappy with the delays, but I don’t think the review reflects how we’ve handled things overall.
Apart from that all the best with your new car search.

New Vehicle.
I was looking for a Range Rover Evoque and came across icarlease, I found the vehicle with icarlease and send enquired, Rebecca Phoenix got in touch with myself and was brilliant to work with and was great help all the way through to getting the vehicle delivered.

Rebecca was great when sorting my lease, talking me through everything so I understood as this was my first lease. Communication is key for me so very happy. An the car is great!!!!

Vik was incredible!
Vik was incredible! I ordered a Jaecoo E5 and the delays were a lot more than promised due to issues with Jaecoo but Vik kept constant communication and always answered the phone, keeping me posted with progress.
