I engaged Icoda to promote my NFT project, and initially, everything seemed promising. The employees were courteous and emphasized the company's commitment to its clients. I had ordered five services:
1. Consulting.
2. Creating a Discord server.
3. Discord Management (1 month).
4. Collaboration Management.
5. Giveaways & Airdrops.

The consulting service's recommendations weren't very effective. The Discord Management service, as per the contract, was supposed to include generating content, publishing news, and increasing audience engagement, but this wasn't fulfilled, and there was no evidence of administration. My query about this was also left unanswered.

The company informed me after signing the contract that additional funds were needed for the Giveaways & Airdrops service, which wasn't mentioned in the initial agreement. We split the budget for the prize fund, but after the launch of the first quest, the company refused to continue with other quests, citing ineffectiveness, which resulted in a smaller audience and a breach of contract (in fact, they just did not want to pay their share of the prize funds). The additional funds I allocated were returned.

On the positive side, the "Collaboration Management" service exceeded the stated KPI by approximately 100 Whitelists, which, according to them, compensated for the lower audience due to the issues with the "Giveaways & Airdrops" service.

The work took 2.5 months instead of the agreed 1 month, missing deadlines.

In summary, I don't believe the company fulfills its obligations responsibly, nor that it is transparent with its clients, but I also can't label them as scammers. They did some work and showed some results, however, of course, these results are not worth the money that was paid for them.
I cannot recommend using their services.

UPDATE.
A few days after the review was published, the company's CEO contacted me and apologized. Compensation was then paid. I was extremely surprised by this because not every company is capable of such actions. I have no complaints.

A team of high-level professionals. We ordered an ORM package, there were no quality issues – got really good results.

Unprofessional Team. From the head to the toe. Lost high amount of money. They caused a lot of losses to me. Be careful. Not trustful in my opinion. Dont choose them for ICO, Crypto or content creation like ADS. Never saw low work quality like their results. Damn i regret it.
