Icon delivered!!!! 🙌
I had to place a rush order for some items with Icon for an event I was hosting after another online hookah supply shop ripped me off (AJ Hookah are scam artists). I called ahead before placing my order and was assured it would be shipped the same day. It was. Icon came through with flying colors and I'm genuinely grateful for their reliable service.

poor communication re an order
poor communication re an order. Contact nunber is a text line that doesn't actually accept text messages. Email and/or online contact attempts have been unsuccessful. Item has been assigned a UPS tracking number but UPS hasn't received the item Still waiting for chat communication. I'll update this review if/when I receive my item.
