Icon began as a local MI store, but in recent years has been leaning toward specialising in online music merchandise and apparel. We have one of the biggest selections of officially licensed products in the UK; band tshirts, hoodies, shirts, bathrobes, gloves, beanie hats, caps, patches, badges and jewellery, textile posters, gifts and much more! And our pricing is very competitive. While we aren't promising Amazon Prime style next day lead times (we quote 4-9 days for many items), we offer something that big companies never could. We want to build long term relationships where customers feel genuinely valued and cared for. We want to share in the mutual joy of music, exchange some conversations/banter and get to know you a little! Our mission statement is "Retail with a Conscience". Fantastic service

I should state for anyone reading that some of our items are remote stock, so those can take a 5-7 days typically but local stock we can ship out the same day or the next and you should see it the day following! Very grateful for you sharing your experience for others to see. That's set me up for the weekend nicely :) Tom.

I’m very impressed with this company. I ordered five T-shirts and they are top quality so I ordered four more T-shirts .They are Great prices And I got a freebie which was a nice touch I didn’t expect it.

Family company with good customer service
I've ordered twice now from Icon and have been very happy with the choice and quality of the goods.Delivery not always the fastest but communications are great and Tom keeps you updated. Part of my last order was delayed a little as an item was out of stock but I chose another item and the order arrived within days after that.
Good company to deal with. I will be ordering again.

I should point out to any prospective customers here, that we have local stock which can be with you in a day or two, and then remote stock which takes a few days. This allows us to ship the more popular products quickly, but enable a vast selection at great prices, with a bit more of a wait as a compromise.

Ordered an Iron Maiden Trooper backpack for my partners birthday. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I was very impressed, the backpack was excellent, exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Top-Notch merch and service.
An excellent company and the buying experience was first class. A small company whose ethos and communication is well worth supporting. They have great merch for sale. My daughter is delighted with the t shirt. Fits perfectly.
