Great service from this company. Faisal is very supportive and makes the set up process incredibly easy and once set up then it runs like clockwork. Communication is 1st class. For anyone caring for someone taking a lot of medication then this service is for you. It takes all the stress out of ordering and putting up medication.

Very quick and easy transactions made with this pharmacy making it easy to manage my medications.

Blown away by the exceptional customer service. I set up a dosset box for my mum and itsbbeen so good that now my partner has one sent as well. First class service, can't rate them high enough. Also, available on WhatsApp which is brilliant.

I was really struggling with trying to sort my tablets even with help. My daughter saw an NHS link to iConnect Pharmacy. She left a message on my behalf and 20 minutes Faisal rang and said you have requested a call to discuss medication. I told him I used to have dossette trays but local pharmacies and gp surgeries wouldn’t do them anymore.
Faisal said we are able to do this and all your extra medications too for £10 a month .
I was like that’s £2.50 a week and would stop me spilling, having to try and keep count of the numbers I needed in each day,600 tablets a month .
The staff are really helpful and ring up if I have a change of medication and have review to see how I am getting on .
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and how they have made a real difference in my life on an everyday basis.
Thank you Faisal and all your wonderful staff for your invaluable support in helping me managing my medication and not spend 4 hours getting more agitated than I need too.

The management team is excellent. They work incredibly hard to maintain high standards of competence and ensure that all staff consistently meet those expectations. They create a well organised and professional environment where any issues, including those related to GP matters, are resolved efficiently. They are very easy to work with and always do their very best to support you, especially when something is urgent. Truly fantastic service.

Deliver on time, very helpful, work with you to make sure all medications correct. Put in blister packs when requested to help keep organised. Very happy with the service
