I pre paid on the reservation $23 but…
I pre paid on the reservation $23 but due to my oversized vehicle was told I would be charged an additional fee ($25). I understand that
But on pick up I was charged $48 - not just the additional $25 for overcharging

Perfect!
My car was parked at this lot for three nights. It is an ideal spot if you are staying at the Hotel Chelsea. I have parked here before and will do so again. Do not hesitate to use this garage, it is safe, clean, and they do not fool around with your property.

Me estafaron
Me estafaron. Teniendo apagado el servicio de parqueo me hicieron pagar nuevamente en la localidad, diciendo que era el carro mas grande, supuestamente lo que pague era para carro pequeño y en la aplicación no aparece eso.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Siempre nos esforzamos por facilitarle al máximo el proceso de reserva y lamentamos que desconociera nuestra tarifa por vehículo de gran tamaño. Tenga en cuenta que, antes de finalizar su reserva en nuestro sitio web, debe conocer y aceptar nuestros términos y condiciones, que establecen que se cobrará una tarifa por vehículo de gran tamaño en la oficina si su vehículo no cumple con los requisitos estándar. La regla general para determinar si un vehículo es de gran tamaño requiere que tenga al menos 460 cm de largo o al menos 165 cm de alto.

The location is clean and well organized. The staff are professional and courteous. Drop off and pickup went smoothly and efficiently. A completely positive experience.

They allowed us to make reservations last minute and treated my daughter with respect and clear instructions and reassured her that the garage was open late and would not be closed (I told her it was a 24 hour garage but she was still nervous). This was her first time driving into the city by herself and using a parking garage so thanks again for the great respectful service! LCF
