I ordered a sculpture 3D, what I get is piece of Acryl with a printed picture with wrong colours.
Not serious, do not order.

This is the same seller as ISwanshop. I wrote the following review of that site and will post it here as well.
No stars would be more accurate for this online seller. A complete con that relies on the fact that a certain number of poor suckers will not bother arguing for a full refund or trying to return the rubbish product they've received.
The advertising depicts a sculpture based upon a photo from the purchaser, and the price point reflects what a person might expect to pay for such a product.
What is received, instead is a piece of acrylic with a photo printed on it.
I have read a few of the other reviews of this seller here and wish I had done so before the fact.
As a side note, there is no need to continue communicating with the seller for a refund, once communication has been initiated and they have started playing their games. A chargeback can be initiated through Paypal or your banking institution. The reputation of this seller is so poor that you will have little difficulty getting your money back.
But in the first instance.....don't even bother with them.

The quality in comparison to the price was very low

Sconsiglio qualsiasi acquisto, sondi buttati, sito falso inesistente. Fate attenzione.

Quel regret d’avoir commandé chez eux ! Sur leur site on voit une image en 3D alors que ce que nous recevons à la commande c’est une image plate ! Ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser on appelle ça de l’arnaque…

Worst customer service ever. I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund and no one has responded. I ordered something for my parents 54th wedding anniversary and they sent it with the number 10 on it and the product looks nothing like my parents. My parents are African American and they have my parents looking like an entirely different race. I didn’t expect it to be exact but I did at a minimum expect them to get the anniversary year correct. Again, 3 emails and no response. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Extremely disappointed with this company. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a high-quality 3D figurine, I received a blurry, flat print that was not worth the €47 I paid. It was supposed to be a gift, but I can't even give it because of how poor the quality is.

To make things even worse, I contacted customer support to request a refund, but they have completely ignored my email. Very poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Its fake. Its a scam company. I paid them and they never sent my product.

Not what I ordered, which was a sculptured relief type figure, what I recieved was a slightly brighter photo.,in what should have been landscape , was portrait in a broken frame

The product quality is garbage, avoid this company at all cost.

What they sell for "outdoor" numbers for homes is a thin plywood (1/4 inch) with a thin veneer and a cheap plastic cut out for the number and name. And... to attach it to your home - two pieces of double sided tape ... works great on stucco.

STAY AWAY! THE PRODUCT THEY SHOW ONLY IS FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. THE DESIGN THEY MAKE IS GARBAGE. THE LIGHTING NUMBER I RECEIVED IT BARELY HAS ANY LIGHT AND ITS MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order arrived damaged all scratched and scuffed. Wires broken and snapped and upon contacting the company they told me to keep it and use it and they would refund me 10% of what the item cost. Still fighting for a full refund. The item is unusable and so unsafe they wanted me to check the product works with broken and snapped wires and electrical hanging out of it. Basically asking me to potentially electrocute myself. They then tried to offer me to pick something else on their website, why would I want to risk ordering something else when the state my original order has come in is appalling. DO NOT ORDER from this website they take your money and have no care about customer service!! Truly disgusting and shouldn’t be a running company.

Items came damaged they resent still damaged and refusing to issue my money back! Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company!

I placed an order middle of January still haven’t received it for Valentine’s Day and I paid for express shipping that was 45.00 and said 2-5 days! Will not order from this place again didn’t reimburse me would not suggest it. It’s a scam.

I ordered the heart shaped mirror with an engraved name for my daughter's birthday. You would think when you hear mirror, it's made of glass!!!!!! They sent me hard plastic with someone else's name on it!!!!!!!! You can't even see out the damn thing!!!!! It doesn't give you a description of the item your purchasing!!!!! I thought it would be a mirror made of glass!!!! I will not be recommending this place to NO ONE!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY ITEM FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!

The product is inferior- definitely not worth the money. It’s not even nice enough to give to my granddaughters. I asked to be able to return my product and they refused.

Order a product got something I don't want and instead of replacing it for me they are giving me a coupon for my next order. Why would i order from there again if when I did order I got something different then what it shows on the photos
