Ive just tried to open an account with GB Bank. Verified my account etc. then came the I have read the T&Cs tab, which i did but when i clicked on the IHR tab, it wouldnt progress. Why BOTHER? Why bother with a bank that makes it impossible for you to give them money? DONT BOTHER

We have used their system for many years without issue. However, due to a recent migration to alternative platforms that offer the required features natively, we no longer need their services.

Today, I received multiple emails from Cian O'Mahony from their customer service team. Despite clearly requesting that my details be removed from their database, he continued to respond with attempts to upsell other services.

One particular comment stood out as especially inappropriate and presumptuous:

"Company policy would dictate that we'd need to better understand the reason for leaving on a short call."

To be clear, I do not work for your company and am under no obligation to adhere to your internal policies. This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also dismissive of a direct request to be removed from your communications.

Took a year to get permit from city; poor workmanship; tried to hide and lie about poor workmanship; they simply don’t care and have been fined by the EPA for lead, and had an employee die falling off a ladder not following proper safety protocols; roof joints way off; left trash in landscape outside.

Fraudsters. Don't pay. Wait 6 years and have your debt statute barred.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP HOLD OF YOUR BANKRUPTCY DETAILS. These along with CABOT FINANCIAL wait until the bankruptcy register takes your name off and start pursuing you for old debt. The Financial Conduct Authority and the Credit Services Association need to look closely at BOTH these organisations conduct. -5 Stars is more appropriate!

I have been asked by TFL to do my Enhanced CRB with GB Group PLC. GBF online disclosures ID verification is not design friendly and users are having massive problem and time consuming. This poor unfriendly service of GBG is going for many years and TFL failed to rectify and sort this matter with GBG partner. Speaking with post office agent, they are experiencing similar to my case over years but GBG not taking action. online disclosures ID verification is not a cheap service, customers are paying £52 customer should expect a proper and friendly service. TFL should look into this rather just focusing to remove Uber from London.

Been plagued by calls from Mortimer Clarke solicitors. Who got my number from Cabot financial who were chasing a debt ( not mine) They tell me that they were provided an incorrect number from this company and they have now taken it off their database. Very worrying that this company are providing wrong information to debt collecting agencies. It was an irritation for me but I worry what effect this could have on vulnerable people. Irresponsible company
