Obtaining my International Driving Permit was fast and easy. Following online completion of IDA’s required form and fee payment, my digital Permit arrived almost immediately. Because of my travel itinerary, I needed to receive my Permit in paper and card format. Both arrived together within two weeks of my submitting IDA’s online form.

The service that is provided by IDA is excellent! The turn around time was speedy and very easy to fill out the application. Once in process, I realized I had only checked cars and not also motorcycles. I sent an email to IDA and Ann responded within the hour. They were able to amend the application and sent an email back confirming this in less than 24 hours time. Very pleased and would highly recommend the service, Thank you Ann!

We had a problem with an application with IDA online application, I feel as much my fault as the systems duplicating my application and charging for the same.
However customer services staff a special mention to (Rodel) for this sorted out the issue super fast and had a refund put in place the same day with grace and politeness that we all should try to live up too. Do not be put off using IDA services

The IDP was fake and they would not make a refund of the 55 euro. Scammers

I’ve been waiting months to get the ball rolling. Then they sent me paper work to sign which I did. Suppose to be 10 working days until Australian super gets back to them.. over 3 weeks later no one has followed up, no one is answering their phones.. I’m not sure if this is a scam but it’s looking that way.

I chose this service for their money back guarantee; unsurprisingly my IDP didn't work and their customer service has been redirecting me from phone to chat to email and refusing to provide a refund. I thought they'd be trustworthy based on reviews and that they're a UK based company but it seems their service is only valid for a small number of countries. Overall it's been a huge headache as I could have done more research and used a more reputable company. I've filed a complaint with the consumer ombudsman.

IDA provide an excellent service, what I really like is the plastic licence card that fits into your wallet or other document holder, ensuring you can have it on your person at all times. Extremely prompt, well done guys (and gals of course) Kind regards, Paul
