Early morning ride to East Midlands…
Early morning ride to East Midlands Airport, taxi was on time so a nice steady ride. Katie got me to the Airport on time and is a very professional driver. I would highly recommend this establishment

Easy to book on the phone

Taxi from Nottingham to Heathrow
We had a return Taxi from Nottingham to Heathrow airport.
Our Driver for both ways was Clifford.
Clifford made our journey very easy and enjoyable, He was on time, gave good instructions and me and my daughter felt very safe and comfortable during our journey.
I would not hesitate to use this company again, and the same Driver.
Thank you Clifford you deserve the highest stars.

Delayed flight time
After a horrendous flight home to Heathrow we were 12 hours later than we should have been. After a phone call to Ideal to let them know the pick up was changed.
Massive thanks to Ideal and our driver Danny for getting us back home after 26 hours of travelling. Have always used this taxi firm for airport runs and every time the service has been the best. Thank you again

One of the best taxi companies around!
The taxi drivers are honest and friendly
They contacting me when a family member had lost their phone in the taxi and send a lovely driver to drop it off to me as I was based in the area. They were conscious that my family member had been drinking so made me aware of this so I could go and check on them. Thankyou so much to both the taxi drivers and the chap who called me.
