My experience with ideal texts started on a Rocky Road until Angela came to work with me. Very patient person great personality makes everything just easy. I know that on my behalf. I'm the one lagging on getting her. The information she needs. But Angela is a great person to work with

They charged me 5000 to do taxes for 4 years 21 through 24
It’s hard to reach them but eventually I went through BBB to get my money back because the forms were too hard to understand for me
Before I went through BBB they shut my case and said they’re keeping were keeping my money
BBB got them to reopen my case but I still couldn’t do the forms
I asked them to reimburse me again and they waited a couple of weeks and told me it was too late and they were keeping my 5000 and doing nothing for me although they have done nothing for me anyway
