She call, text, send a reminder and get the job done
I am truly amazed by how she manage to do all of this
I believe if it wasn't for her maybe I will be not done with my documents but she really follow up and make sure the job is done
She take notes and send emails, if I ask her any question, she doesn't hesitate to get the answer and make sure all my questions are answered

I was faced with an over whelming tax debt and was not able to get an installment agreement from IRS without going through a lot of heroics and being declined at the end. I borrowed some money from relatives and asked Ideal if they could get me an installment plan WITHOUT my having to go through the same heroics again. Mike was ultimately responsible for getting the plan through at a very low payment without my doing anything.
I recommend Mike and his Company very highly.

I have had the best experience with Reece,Sam, Danica and the rest of staff whom have been involved in my case. Everyone is very friendly! No matter the questions or the occasional issues with payment everyone has been amazing and helped me to get the answers I need to get this all taken care of. Reece and Sam in the billing dept are awesome and always available if i have questions or need anything. They reach out very quickly to get things in order.
