Tutto perfetto veloce e corretto.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Ware war in einer Woche bereits geliefert. Das war superschnell.

We bought a faucet "Rubinetto lavabo retro con manopole Livingstone 959 cromo" from this company.

We installed it but unfortunately it was leaking. They asked us for a video showing the leak, which we provided, and after a long correspondence they finally recognized the leak and arranged a pickup of the faucet.

To be able to use our bathroom, while waiting for a new faucet, we but a cheap one and installed. This faucet was not leaking.

We then received a new faucet from this company which we installed, but this had the same problem, it was leaking.

We asked them to arrange a pickup of the defect faucet no 2, to cancel our order and return our payment as we lost trust in ever getting a faucet without leaking, while two out of two had the same problem.

They denied that with the argument that they wanted to understand the problem, because it seemed very strange to them that two out of two had the same problem.

We responded that It’s fine that their manufacturer investigates what’s wrong with their product, but we still had a faucet that was leaking, and therefore this investigation would not solve our problem in any way. It should just be working and be tight. And we asked them again to arrange a pickup.

Then we received this from the company:

‘I just spoke to the producer.
They tell me they received your returned faucet and we put it under pressure for 3 days and we didn't see a single drop.

At this point we think the problem is yours.

But, if you want, we can take it back but the shipping will be at your expense, you will have to send it back to us.

Furthermore, we will also withhold the costs from the other collection we made, given that the product was not defective.’

We informed them again that the problem wasn’t in our side as the cheap faucet we bought was not leaking. The did not respond to that information at all.

We also send them the video showing the leaking, but we never ever received any evidence from them regarding the test they made of the first faucet claiming it was tight.

So we had to pay ourselves to return number 2 faucet to them, that cost was 30 euro, and we did so under protest.

Meanwhile we asked what amount they would withhold regarding their shipping costs. First response was 4,9 euros, next mail 2 x 4,9 euros, next mail 39,80 euros, and then we lost it.

We replied this was outrageous as we received 2 faucets that were leaking no matter what and now we received several mails from different persons from their company where the shipping price arised by the minute. We also asked them if they thought we were lying, because it sure felt that way, and that was really to cross our boundaries.

Then they received the defect faucet number 2, and we asked them when to expect our payment back. The responded that they would provide the payment the same day and withhold 2 x 4,9. Nothing happened.

Next day we contacted them again and we received this information:

‘I just spoke to the producer.
They tell me that the return arrived and in truth it seemed that the box had not even been opened and that
the piece hasn't even been assembled...

In any case, the refund will be made next week.’

This message made us furious. Not only did they conclude that the first facet wasn’t leaking even though it leaked here and we provided a video as evidence, and the manufacturer claimed to have tested it without leaking, but we didn’t get any evidence of this test, so they insinuated we were lying. And then the manufacturer claims that we never installed faucet number 2 and insinuates again we are lying.

We can’t even begin to describe how we feel about them treating us this way, we have never ever been treated this badly before, and we are considering whether we will file a case for libel suit, as this was never about money, we just wanted a beautiful faucet, which we thought we found from this company, and we really wanted it to work, but instead they insinuated that we are liars

Now we have bought a new Italian faucet from a Danish company, and this one is not leaking just like the cheap one we bought didn’t.

Er war sehr gut verpackt und kam einwandfrei im Top Zustand an.
Es hat ein bißchen mit dem Einbau bei uns gedauert, aber jetzt können wir uns nur jeden Tag wieder und wieder daran erfreuen! belissimo!!!
