Absolut verbraucherfeindlich. Das erste Mal negativ aufgefallen im Jahre 2024, als ich plötzlich mit einer Mahnung konfrontiert wurde ohne jemals eine Rechnung gesehen zu haben. Auf Anforderung kam die Rechnung dann auch. Beschwerde bei der Tierarztpraxis eingereicht, gebeten in unserem Fall nie wieder mir denen zusammen zu arbeiten. Leider ging diese Vereinbarung in einer Notsituation unter. Es wurde wieder eine Probe an idexx geschickt, was ich nicht wusste. Im September erhielt ich dann plötzlich eine Mahnung, wieder ohne je zuvor eine Rechnung gesehen zu haben. Habe sofort per mail eine Rechnung gefordert. Eingangsbestätigung für die mail bekommen, eine Rechnung wurde mir bis heute verweigert. Dann kam die Tage Inkassobrief. Die behaupten, angeblich lägen Rechnungen vor und auch Zustellnachweise. Auf Nachfrage, ob ich denn einmal die Sendungsnummer der angeblichen Rechnungen haben könnte, hieß es, es wurde mit gewöhnlicher Briefpost versendet. Also lügen die sich gegenseitig in die Tasche. Bei uns hier wird jeder an uns adressierte Brief, egal welche Zustellform, eingescannt und dem Empfänger auf app angekündigt. Ich hatte vor diesem Inkassobrief weder von idexx noch von dessen verbandelten Inkassobüro was in der app oder im Briefkasten. Was hier abgeht ist absolut gesetzeswidrig, also kriminell. Fehlt nur noch der Schlägertrupp wie bei der Mafia

Used this company to do an expensive blood test to check for cancer in my dog. The test came back negative. My dog had cancer and had to have surgery. This test doesn't work. Don't use it.

9 Days waiting for DHL courier barcodes to be sent to us so we can forward the samples!!! Unbelievable!!! We called them we sent 5 emails , not even an answer!!! Not to be trusted again !!!

I took my 2 cats to a new vet as they hadn't been in a couple of years. I asked for bloodwork to make certain everything was OK.
I had to take my one cat back for another blood draw because the lab delayed performing the tests and they couldn't use the samples they were given.
I then had to take her back for a third draw because IDEXX ran out of serum to perform the necessary testing. Although, it was a huge inconvenience, I'd do anything for my cat but, she had to deal with the stress of being placed in a carrier on 3 occasions and have 3 blood draws.
Then the results allegedly reveal kidney issues.
I saw a YouTube video where a woman was told, her dog was in kidney failure due to results from IDEXX testing. She went to another vet who used a different lab and her dog's kidneys were fine. No issues.
Clearly these half wits have absolutely NO idea what they're doing.
I worked law enforcement for 20 years and have been employed as a fraud investigator for the past 24 years.
I see questionable activities by businesses on a consistent basis. Now I'm supposed to take my car for additional testing, additional diagnostics and begin a special diet. Why would I put my cat through more stress due to a group of people who couldn't find water if they fell out of a boat? I'll investigate this matter and take action as I see fit. The woman in the YouTube video said the hacks at IDEXX refused to speak to her when she attempted to discuss the issues. Not only incompetent but corrupt too.
For all we know, they're eating stool samples for lunch and conducting diagnostics on packets of ketchup!

We did a blood draw for a Relaxin test. It takes 10 minutes to run the test. I have always gotten the results back next day from another lab, which has been taken over by IDEXX. IDEXX said it would take one day. This is the one day. Now they say it will take 2-4 days. Would love another option than IDEXX.

We are a veterinary clinic that purchased a digital imaging system from Idexx.

The scanner failed to work one day and they promptly provided a replacement at the agreed on price. As I feel the original failed do to a power surge it would be insured under my business owners policy. Idexx refuses to talk with the company to let them know what the problem was and what it would cost to repair. This makes it impossible to complete my claim in order for me to recieve any payment.
