purchased item on aug 31 today is sept 15 still no item your policy stated Shipping & Returns - Timing: Order will be processed within 1 business day. Delivery time: about 6-9 business days. your company never emailed me with a tracking number so that i can keep track for item nor your website has mention delayed on shipments. i also emailed your company before opening a case and you never replied back till now this poster was for a back ground for birthday party for sept 12 had to purchase poster else ware no longer need the poster

I really like this company a lot. They have items I have not seen anywhere else and that surprises me as shipping originates in Ukraine, half a world away! It has taken more time for deliveries than I am used to , but I rack that up to coming out of Ukraine AND the problems caused by China virus. I will deal with them again. They always have delivered. Took a while to get my order but when I did the photos I bought were beautiful. Was worth the wait and will work with idposter to try and get my next order quicker.

This company is terrible to work with. I ordered 4 puzzles to do at home during covid quarantine and it has been two months since my order with no movement on my shipping link. I got no confirmations, and very spotty responses turning to no responses until I turned to Paypal for help. We shall see how that goes. Buyer beware. You will wait months to ??? maybe never for your products.

Purchased a puzzle on December 20th for a Christmas present. On December 25, I contacted the company and they said that the order was sent in time. No further contact from company until January 15th, when it notified me that the order had arrived in Queens New York on its way to the destination. Item delivered on January 23rd.
