The clothes are nothing like the picture, they are cheaply made, thin. Customer service is non-existent when trying to get a response.

Due to an unexpected disruption with our manufacturing partner, we faced a severe operational backlog, which resulted in thousands of pending orders and unacceptable customer service delays. We understand your frustration—the failure was entirely on our part.

We have successfully transitioned to a new, reliable manufacturing partner and are quickly restoring our standard operations.

We aim for full transparency regarding our quality transition. Our core styles (tees, hoodies, and joggers) are already nearly identical to the quality you expect. Other specific styles are in the final stages of the quality-matching process, and we will not compromise on quality for speed.

We guarantee that all future items purchased will meet our long-standing quality standards. We are working diligently to finalize these matches quickly, even during this high-volume period.

Worst clothing company ever. Scammers

I purchased 1100.00 worth of clothing back in May 2025. It's now October and I still haven't received my hoodies.
The pants look ridiculous without the hoody.
This company is horrible and I will be posting this on all my social media accounts that I have over 1 million subscribers. Say goodbye iEDM because we're going to put your company out of business for good if I don't receive my order.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us on Trustpilot. We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the lack of communication from our side. The past few months have been incredibly difficult for our team. Our long-term manufacturing partner, who we worked with for 11 years, stopped fulfilling orders in mid-May after relocating to Mexico. This left us with a severe operational backlog, leaving us with thousands of pending orders and an inbox immediately saturated with customer follow-ups and inquiries.

We are now working with a new manufacturer and gradually returning to our usual operations. The missing hoodies have also been shipped last week and is now in transit for delivery soon. The same goes with the rest of your order. You should have them real soon.

Again, we apologize for your poor online shopping experience with iEDM. The recent delays and customer service wait times were completely unsatisfactory on our part. We will look to improve in every way possible going forward from here.

False Advertising + Refund Never Sent + Ghosted by Support.

Ordered three pairs of shorts. It wasn't until after the order is placed that they tell you that they're outsourcing their manufacturing, and when I got them they clearly did not match the photos. I've ordered shorts here before and the difference is night and day so I returned them for a refund over two weeks ago. Their support team has been ignoring all of my emails too so this feels like false advertising and are literally just stealing my money too at this point. Don't give them your business.

The last few months have presented major operational challenges after an unexpected failure with our long-term manufacturing partner. This external disruption created a severe operational backlog, leading to thousands of pending orders and unacceptably long wait times for customer service follow-ups. While this was our internal issue, the resulting poor experience was entirely on us, and there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication.

Regarding your returned shorts, we can confirm that your full refund was processed last week. You should see the funds credited back to your original payment method within the next 3–5 business days.

We are now partnered with a reliable new manufacturer and our operations are steadily returning to our usual standard of efficiency. We are focused on implementing comprehensive system improvements to ensure this kind of failure never happens again.

We truly hope you will give iEDM another opportunity to show you our true standard of service.

¡EDM is my go-to for RaveDance gear above & beyond all others. I’m ALWAYS getting compliments when I wear any one of many outfits I’ve bought from them. True to fit sizing as well as quality original designs . This Raver over 40, Loves them !

IEDM has always provided high quality…

IEDM has always provided high quality products with great communication and in good time. I’ve bought tapestries and a lot of my clothes through them and would recommend them to help you look good at raves and Festivals!

I have bought at least 5 different rave…

I have bought at least 5 different rave outfits from IEDM. The quality and printing is high end the colour has stayed vibrant for more than a year . These guys are a vibe . Highly recommend getting your rave gear from IEDM ❤️❤️❤️
