Poor service and unacceptable delays, take care!
My dealings with IFGL have been extremely frustrating. The administration and servicing of my pension have been slow, opaque, and poorly managed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I experienced months of unnecessary delays in processing a transfer request, during which the fund value continued to decline.
Communication has been inconsistent, updates sparse, and accountability lacking. For a firm responsible for safeguarding valuable and life impacting client investments, the level of service and professionalism has fallen far below expectations.
In my experience, IFGL has demonstrated poor responsiveness, limited transparency, and little regard for client outcomes.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion based on my direct dealings with IFGL.
