Service was great! Had a cracked screen and was able to setup an appointment right away. Screen was fixed in my driveway in less than 30 minutes. Had an issue after it was fixed and they came back to my house to fix the next day . Highly recommend

So easy, quick, and great service. Barely any contact with repairman. He came to my house, I handed him the phone, he went to the company car to do the repair, and 15 minutes later my phone was like new!

Rating would have been higher if you hadn't wiped the operating system. There was no reason to do that, based on my knowledge of the fix they were doing. I texted them about it, but haven't gotten response as to a reason.

I've had excellent service from them in the past, so hopefully this was just a one time glitch.

This is a tough review, because the work was good. I had the screen replaced on my tablet. The repair person put me off because it is a hard screen to get. I waited the week, which turned into 10 days. I had to call back to find out what was going on. They didn’t keep the appointment and never called, so I called snd the repair man was apologetic. We rescheduled snd it happened again. He ended up coming at 9pm that night after I called.
So they get a 3. They were polite and did good work, but the repair appointments were very disorganized.

I love this service! It made fixing my broke. iPad so easy and cheaper than Apple. Highly recommend to any who are in a similar situation!

They were very responsive to my questions and had in stock the battery for my old iPhone. Other places either didn't have it in stock and/or would need to order it. They said it would take about 20 mins to change the battery and the phone was ready when I went to pick it up 20 mins later. There were a lot of open parking spots near the store.
