Technician was very nice and…
Technician was very nice and professional, completed the job quickly but another task was to attach screen protector, which he didn't have on that time, told me that I will receive it through mail within 3 business days and have to attach it by myself but unfortunately I received that screen protector after 7 business days.

Reliable service at a reasonable rate.
I have two iPad Air 2 units that had defective charging ports. Plato replaced the ports and got them working using a safe, No Contact procedure during the pandemic. Great reliable service and a reasonable rate!

Plato in Revere office was excellent. Answered phone personally after minimum number of rings. Made a commitment re time, stuck to it, and fixed the problem in less time that predicted for my son's iPhone.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They charged $250 for screen replacement. Rip off. Screen broke on second day was not properly sealed. Then when they took it back for diagnosis it took 9 days to tell me it was broken and there was nothing that could be done. I asked for some sort of refund they declined. If you need a cheap fix good solution but they are not cheap.
