What a shoddy company bought a towel radiator on eBay on their shop was a thermostat one - was in Australia just returned opened it 13 Feb and was one that goes directly into the wall opened up a return on eBay - they told me it was over the 30 day return and closed the dispute if I’ had a shop and I sent the wrong item even if it was 6 weeks later I’d take responsibility and sort the problem out instead they closed it I’m now stuck with a radiator I can’t use and £35 for the electrician coming out for a wasted journey - shoddy have pictures of the item I was supposed to get still they shunned away from their responsibility

I ordered an air con unit in the sale ready for the summer, it arrived with a broken wheel. I contacted market zone got a swift responce and a replacement wheel within 48 hours. The unit has been tested for 24 hours with no problems. I will certainly be using them again.

Wow this company is a joke i bought a item on ebay and its faulty. They think we as customers need to wait it for a return. But on ebay it you must give a return label. They themselves asked ebay to step in i won the case . So I open up item and took it a part titan and fixed it and gave to the charity shop . Bought a Dremel instead. Will never buy again from here , Also got my review on ebay taken down but what do you expect from ebay

Horrendous. Transformer stopped working after just a few weeks. Won't refund. Won't provide posting for a return. Awful company

I wish i have seen this page before i buy something from them. I have ordered a ladder from them. Havent used it due to moving my house and some other personal circumstances. Finally had chance to open my ladder for first time and it is damaged. I contacted them with pictures and they said not our problem. Horrible company. Stay away...

Brought a portable air conditioning unit, that does not stay cool, trips my electrics has an error code, and I get told I have to pay to return it so that they can retest it.
Absolutely shocking service selling a faulty and wanting me to pay to return it.
I will never use these again.

Very poor service took 3weeks to return faulty shower thanks to marketzone and yodel do not buy anything off this site without reading the review most things are used I am still waiting for a refund so ebay had to step in we had to pay 75 pound for a plumber they don't even want to pay this it's there fault so everyone please be careful of this site

An absolutely rubbish product. Poor quality materials used in the manufacture of these items. Complete lack of stability due to the poor design of the fitting of the components (and manufacture of the said items),raising questions about being fit for purpose (sitting upon) and dangerous to use due to possible failure of seat frame and leg junction point. Instructions failed to mention correct orientation of footrest/bottom bar is essential (not obvious unless measurement is taken first). So easy to overtighten screws/bolts trying to improve stability.
I stupidly collapsed all packaging and binned it due to lack of space in my kitchen, so can`t send items back (yes I`m an idiot)

They delivered an SDS drill that was only part working, drill function worked but hammer function did not. They did arrange a return promptly via Yodel (Do Not Use Them Either), who after a week have still not collected the Drill. iForce seem to have stopped responding to me. Going to have to try and contact eBay now. Avoid, avoid using this excuse for a company.

They use catalogue pictures or other peoples web images instead of actual item you are buying. Was described as used but in as new condition but arrived in a VERY poor condition with dangerous electrics.
Had a very difficult time getting my money back

Purchased too so called seller refurbished ceiling lamps - one blew the main circuit breaker and the other had completely the wrong ceiling bracket in the box.

Their claim on anything being seller refurbished is completely false and you risk electric shock or fire by buying from them.

Now got to go to the hassle of repackaging to send back and drive to Yodel Drop Off - suspect they will resell to another unsuspecting customer.

Complete timewasters

Seller was selling 1/5th of the listing. Clearly stated an impact driver, case, charger and 2 batteries. I only received the impact driver with minimalistic packing. When contacted I was told they're out of stock, kinda pathetic listing something and they did not have. A partial refund which was refused, I highly doubt they would have returned 4/5th of the monies paid. Impact driver has been sent back for a refund in the very same minimalistic packaging. Very poor experience and would not recommend.

BEWARE: Customer Services is terrible. Told to return faulty water tap for them to fix (at customers expense). How can you return a faulty tap without a replacement?
Beware, may be decent prices but really poor quality goods.
Had to leave 1 star because it will not let you leave zero.
Would never use again!

Oh no! My son always warns me to read Trustpilot reviews first! Looking at these reviews it seems that this company has declined considerably in the last few years, in its service and quality of products. I've just paid out £100 for an Ebac dehumidifier, saving £80! But now really regretting it!

i bought on ebay a Pole Hedges Trimmer. The company advised they had raised non delivery with Yodel 'at ipswich depot out for delivery,tracking' I visited Yodel depot Ipswich they advised they told iForce that they had not recieved the parcel the day before. Having to wait for Ebay to refund adds to irritation ...somebody is lying!

They sold me a Branded leaf blower listed as NEW (when the item is ONLY exclusively available in B&Q) It lasted 15 mins on its first use ( Just over 30 days from purchase). I was informed they wont refund my return postage, only item cost even though it was faulty & not fit for purpose.The manufacturer wont honour the warranty either as it wasn't sold via B&Q informing me that it was likely to be a returned item, faulty or 2nd hand. Return postage should be covered for FAULTY goods as explained in the Consumer act 2015 section 23. AVOID & BEWARE!
They only repaid it finally after intervention !!

Orded a "like New" Dewalt drill with a 3 day delivery time - it arrived within 2 and it was brand new. Really happy with the transaction and would use again
