The basket that was delivered did not…

The basket that was delivered did not have the same fruit in it as pictured when I ordered it. eg the basket pictured had grapes, Manderines and kiwi fruit in it. The one delivered had a whole pineapple which is difficult to eat when in hospital.

The pineapple was added as an extra fruit. It also included the fruits in the photo unless they are out of season. All our fruit is seasonal.

False advertising.

The product was nowhere near the quality of the plant that was advertised. The plant had two flowers, one of which was half dead, one completely dead leaf and large black spots on three leaves. The pot was very unattractive and to be honest totally disappointing. I can understand plants aren’t going to be like the the picture in advertising but the product was unhealthy.

When l googled for Flower and Fruit…

When l googled for Flower and Fruit Pack, your company came up for Gold Coast, so l placed my order.
Yesterday, l got a message stating estimated delivery is tomorrow.
And this morning, l received a message stating my order arrived to it's destination
The Flower and Fruit Pack in the website looks amazing.
Unfortunately, the receiver got the pack, and the flowers was squeezed.
And the fruits is not what it looks like on the website.

I have ordered through igift before and…

I have ordered through igift before and have been extremely happy with the experience. Unfortunately not so this time. I ordered for my Mother's 90th birthday and was assured it would arrive by my requested date 24th. She flew to Queensland to visit me today 26th and I have just received a text advising of delivery today. We now have to organise for someone to go and check and look after gift till my Mother returns home.

We are not currently guaranteeing any delivery days due to COVID delays. We do have notices on our website advising that some areas if the drivers are sick there could be delays.
You also sent your gift to a remote location so it was going to take longer to arrive. This information is presented on our checkout page.

Due to market supply sometimes we do have to send a different color. This is mentioned on our website and we do this to avoid any delivery delay with the gift.

Way too long for delivery

Way too long for delivery. I even asked when the hamper would be delivered and I was assured either the Thursday or Friday (ordered on the Wednesday). Was not delivered until the Monday of the next week.

Due to Covid there are some areas with delivery delays. This is because courier staff are getting sick. Please try to be understanding towards the courier companies as they are doing the best they can during difficult circumstances.

We also have a warning on our website explaining that due to COVID there may be delays. However 98% of our deliveries are still arriving on time.

I found your service very poor and arrogant

I found your service very poor and the explanation arrogant. I ordered a day earlier than delivery for a sat birthday - paid the not inconsiderable price for a 1-2 day delivery - yes I may not have realised that 1-2 days meant 2 -- and it was the end of the Monday. I will not be recommending. Other service organisations can be in touch with more thoughtfulness and finesse. Not a good service.

I have looked at your order and you selected the cheaper shipping option. this clearly states 1-2 business days and your order was placed on a Friday.

If you had selected same day delivery or exact day delivery the gift would have arrived on the day you wanted it to arrive.

We do list our shipping options very clearly. We state 1-2 days and mention they are business days. The express shipping options cost more because we have to pay additional for these services.

We hope the recipient enjoyed the gift.

I am not very good at placing online…

I am not very good at placing online orders and desparately wanted to talk to someone. The chat box was never answered so I tried calling only to be directed back to the website. I do understand that things have changed since covid. But credit to your website I did find the gift that was appropriate but ended up not putting who is was from as I was unsure how to do this. Anyway in the end I texted the receipents to see if the gifts arrived and they then realised it was me that sent the gifts.

We don't answer the chat on weekends or out of hours. However if you had entered an email address it would have been responded to on our return to the office.

Our card messages are automatically printed out using the input from the customers. We do not manually do this so if you had not entered the message then no message would be printed.

We do make mention of this once the order is confirmed. It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure the card information is included when placing the order.

We do hope your recipient liked the gift.

Meh...

Delivered the day after I had asked for, looks nothing like the example on the website and for nearly $140 I could have bought fruit and Boxed it myself for half the price and fancier fruit with less bruises.
I've so much happening in my life at the moment I can't be bothered to complain for my money back, I bought it for a friend in need and they liked it so I guess it was okay.

I can see that you selected free shipping and not exact day express delivery option.
You need to select express shipping if you need a specific date for delivery. Free delivery is a standard service.

3 stars for presentation

Came in a box addressed to me (sender) not to the receiver.

Hamper was big, good quality basket it came in but wrapping was a bit rushed, looked like a 2yr old attacked the top of it with sticky tape.

So only 3 stars for poor presentation. Fruit & products were good quality!

Our labels are all printed automatically and only print out the names entered. Perhaps you accidentally missed the receivers name being entered.
