IGLU Soft Play Opiniões

Such a shame that a company with a product as nice as Iglu resorts to using scammy practices to get extra money out of you! You need to pay a crazy amount to return a product on top of the return shipping you need to pay yourself. Legally they are NOT allowed to ask handling costs for returns, only that the customer pays the return shipping. Then they also state that there are certain products you may not return at all, and these products are the exact items they scam you into buying in the first place. According to European law they are also not allowed to refuse returns within the 14 day cooling off period. Please don't allow these people to scam you into keeping your items! Because returning is expensive or "not permitted".

Also they don't mention that the velcro straps are included in your set, then advertise buying the velcro set to "complete" your set for a whopping 15 euro's. Then when you finally receive the items, you figure out that half the blocks don't even have any velcro strips at the bottom and the extra velcro straps you bought are of absolutely no use to you. Then you want to return them and see that they don't accept returns on them at all. Just another way to scam you out of another €15 on top of the already premium price you are paying! Please don't fall for this!!

The product itself is amazing and I was so extremely excited when we got it, but now it just left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Such a waste to treat your customers that way and to use these business practices. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves!!
Was gonna buy multiple sets and a bigger set for when our baby grows up, but I'm not spending a penny more on a company that uses practices like this!

The play pieces are excellent and the customer service was very responsive. I had made an error in ordering and the customer service was very helpful in correcting my order.

Great product and customer support.
The delivery was very fast and the materials quality seems very robust.

Today we received the Discoverer Set, and I’m very happy with its appearance, design, and overall quality. My son started using it immediately after we unpacked it, which says a lot about how engaging it is.
We also realized how much we needed this set. My baby is slightly behind in his motor development and attends physiotherapy twice a week. This has become like a little home gym for him. He is constantly motivated to climb, crawl, and reach for objects, and I can already see how much effort and determination he puts into exploring it. It’s a wonderful way for him to practice his motor skills while having fun.
We’re very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a fun, high-quality play set that encourages movement and development.

We absolutely love IGLU Soft Play! We bought it for our little boy Travis, who has just turned one, and it has quickly become one of the best purchases we’ve made. The pieces are beautifully made, soft, sturdy, and incredibly easy to clean, which is such a huge bonus with a busy toddler.

Watching him crawl, climb, balance, and explore with so much confidence has been wonderful. It keeps him entertained for ages and encourages active play while feeling safe and secure. The colours are gorgeous and fit perfectly into our home without looking overly bright or bulky.

I also love that the set will grow with him as he gets older, making it a fantastic long-term investment. If you’re looking for a high-quality soft play set that combines fun, safety, and development, I honestly can’t recommend IGLU Soft Play enough. Seeing the smile on my son’s face every day makes it worth every penny! ❤️

Soft play is beyond expectations. Quality is amazing. We are very happy especially the little one! Thank you❤️

Absolutely obsessed with the IGLU ball pit! The modern white design is beautiful, the non-toxic foam is incredibly durable, and it's held up so much better than others we've tried. It's easy to clean, provides a safe space for my toddlers to play and relax, and offers such a wonderful sensory experience. They spend hours enjoying it! Shipping to the USA was unbelievably fast, and the customer service was absolutely fabulous. The fact that it's thoughtfully made in Europe makes it even more special. Highly recommend!

My 17 month old is obsessed with his corner play set! I love seeing him learn and grow on such a safe and reliable product.

We are a children's activities company and we purchased the complete gymnastics kit. We loved it so much that we've already placed another order. The colors are beautiful, the quality and stitching are excellent, and the material is very durable. Delivery was fast and the customer service was perfect—quick and very friendly. 100% recommended.

I just wanted to share how much I loved using your soft play products for my first baby. As a parent, finding products that are safe, fun, and encouraging for little ones means so much, and IGLU quickly became one of my favorite brands for playtime and development.
Your products created such a joyful and engaging space for my child to explore, climb, and play safely. I truly appreciated the quality, creativity, and thoughtful design behind everything you make. Watching my little one enjoy and grow with your products brought our family so many special memories.
Now that I’m expecting my second baby, arriving on August 9, 2026, I would absolutely love to continue using IGLU products again for our growing family. After such a positive experience the first time, your brand is one I naturally look forward to using again.
Thank you for creating products that make playtime both meaningful and fun for families.

Absolutely amazing quality and super fast delivery. Absolutely worth every penny, my 8 month old is having the time of his life! Every play room needs one, so much use and value for money

Super fast delivery and perfect set for my son’s first birthday! I can’t wait to explore the other sets in the Iglu range and add to it in the near future! Great communication with the company too.

Fast delivery. My daughter is absolutely thrilled! She hasn't played with anything else but the blocks for a few days now. She builds, climbs, and jumps, which gives me a moment for myself 😊 Great product quality. Highly recommend.

So easy to set up, delivery was super quick, and easy to clean. Colors look amazing and you can create so many different styles with them.

Absolutely amazing company and super super quick delivery literally came the next day, our little girls absolutely love it and haven’t stopped playing with it since it arrived 🩷

My Kid, my partner, and I live in this small Amsterdam apartment and love the leather look of blocks since we tried them at a birthday party. We got the Discoverer blocks around September, but our son quickly grew out of them and found it too easy as set so now we use them around the house as extra blocks where needed. I am writing this review, as we wish IGLU had more interesting blocks that match the original set, not just bigger ones. I read some reviews here that the blocks are slippery it has not been the case here. Only thing that surprised us was that the box came with no safety warning to watch the children play.

Also I recommed buying the Explorer set or creativity, as all the blocks are the same just look for most functions in one set

I bought the corner climber. Excellent product. Soft, easy to clean and it feels so premium. Fast delivery and very good communication. I will definitely buy again.

My order was delayed because it was caught up in customs. Iglu customer support was communicative in determining where my product was and proactive in letting me know when it was out of customs/expected to arrive to my house. Upon arrival, by baby is obsessed with the new playset.

We have two different playsets, and we are more than happy. The quality is excellent: our child has used the Iglu mini climbie for 8 months now and it is still in excellent condition. Recently we bought another, more "difficult" set for him and he plays with them both daily. Climbing on the playsets has improved his motoric skills and offers daily movement easily. (Our child was 5 months old when we bought the mini climbie.)

Very satified. We have it fir over a year and its still like new.
