My experience with Lyle was professional and friendly at the same time. He is very approachable and helpful when you need him for assistance. I would use him again when I'm considering buying a house with Igrow.

Ron Smith has been very helpful, responding to WhatsApp and providing necessary information where required.

BELOW IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO IGROW PERSONAL (TIFFANY BROODRYK, KAREN GROBLER, LINSEY CROWE, BIANCA BOTHO AND JADE PRETORIUS) ON THE 21ST OF FEBRUARY AND TO DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE

Dear Madam

Trust you are well.

This email will constitute written notice of our intention to termminate our lease agreement for unit 109 Lombardy Meander immediately effectively. We are doing so due to the following reasons; 

1.According to our lease agreement we were supposed to occupy the unit on the 1st of February however the previous tenant hadn't vacated the premises/apartment at my time of occupancy. 

2. The unit was inspected by Robert in my presence and it was in a bad state of which we couldn't occupy. We had a discussion with Jadé Pretorius concerning our disapproval of occupancy together with your Representative and inspector (Robert). 

3.On the 9th of February Jadé Pretorius inspected the unit for the first time with me (Sibongile) and I was told by Mr Pretorius that the urgent repairs but to mention a few; toilet not flushing, Shower leak, Bath mixer having no pressure, the washing Machine socket causing the electricity to trip will be attended to and fixed immediately and rest of the repair list such as the massive wall cracks, wall chips and etc will be attended to at a later stage. This was not done.

4. Mr Pretorius and I had a discussion and agreement on being compensated for the days that we were supposed to have occupied the unit but didn't due to the unfortunate state of this property. I was promised an email by end of business on the 9th of February pertaining this matter yet that hasn't happened to date either.

5. I was informed yet again by Mr Pretorius that the maintenance team will be in contact with me on the 9th or 10th of February and unfortunately that did not happen up until yesterday when I was contacted by Freddy due to the fact that I emailed Mr Pretorius informing him of my dissatisfaction of Igrow's service delivery causing me to terminate my lease agreement. 

We were highly inconvenienced to say the least and have lost all confidence in the lease going forward.  

Please recall that we made a security deposit of R8 250, a lease fee of R1 200 and first month's rent of R8250 and we expect to receive the deposit, lease fee and first months rental refunded in full, since we never occupied unit 109 Lombardy Meander due to the above mentioned reasons.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every aspect. Ron Smith was very helpful and extremely patient with. Would definitely want to work with him again.

Ron Smit was very friendly and accommodating when taking me to view an apartment that I was interested in purchasing.
He made sure to show me different units so that I could get a feel of the space.
He explained future development plans, as well as features of the units. Unfortunately, the apartment isn't entirely what I'm looking for, but he assured me that he'd keep an eye out for something more suitable. On top of it, he was punctual for our meeting. Was Called by a Lady called Kim Solomons From IGrow,very easy to talk to and helpful.

I was helped by this wonderful lady called Lebogang Langa, she assisted me throughout the application process for rental at Bulrushview in Benoni, she is the best I must say, great customer service.

IGrow is a extremely professional company. From their efficient receptionist who keeps her word and actually calls you back (unlike most of the real estate companies I have dealt with recently) to their consultant who was constantly following up with me about our appointment but uet not in an intrusive manner.

I also really like the fact that Ron took the time to schedule a telwphonic consultation with me ensuring I got as much information as possible before I went to look at the properties.

The most professional, friendly, understanding and intuitive agents I have met with in Cape Town yet.

And that says a lot because I have been meeting with agents for 2 months almost everyday.

Scam. Incompetent staff, unresponsive owners , ridiculously high water bills , poor quality taps and stoves and there's been 4 armed robberies since i arrived in the second quarter of 2021.

I moved to Lombardy Meander through the Grow Water Investment Company. This development is for sale/renting. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons
- The water bills are excessively high, some people pay R4000.00 a month for water
- There is a lack of management, no particular person assigned to deal with tenant issues.
- There is poor security in the area. Not all fences are electrified, no sufficient patrolling hence why there has been 3 break ins and 1 stabbing. An entire individual has been stabbed on the premises and the body corporate has done nothing about it. The stolen goods are basically gone for good.
- The maintenance services are basically non-existent

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time money and effort and look for different accommodation.
