As a new customer, we've just gone live with our first venue. It's early days but the system is functionally rich and supports what we do extremely well. The tech support is fantastic, friendly, approachable and they respond very rapidly. I never have to wait more than 1 or 2 minutes even during busy service times at 9 or 10pm.
Remote control support fixes problems super fast and our implementation manager is always just a phone call away. Ilona our Implementation Mgr puts up with all our repeated questions and is very patient with us as we learn the ropes.

We have been using iiko for a while now across our franchise system.
The one thing thats sets iiko apart from all the others is their support. Quick and accurate responses to any given situation.

From quoting, onboarding and then support iiko have been faultless. The clarity of their quote, ease at communicating with them helped us decide on the right system for our small business - which was going from paper and pen to POS in one big move! Training was daunting as it was all new but we were soon up and running with hardware that was easy to install and intuitive software to help set us up.
What has been most impressive is the support via Telegram. Literally I have stood at the till and pinged a query to them, only to have it solved in minutes. Every time, without question, they are approachable, efficient and helpful. So much easier than telephone support. They have helped personalise the system to make it work best for us - taking 'over' the control screen to add bits and bobs as requested. The ongoing training and support from the training team has been really useful as well and we feel iiko care that their system works best for us. It has made staff feel at ease and confident using the system.
Overall, for price, quality of service and overall ROI on our business iiko has been the perfect fit.

We took our time looking at various systems on the market before choosing to purchase an EPOS system from iiko. Everyone who we have dealt with have provided an excellent service.
Joel who dealt with our original enquiry was so patient whilst we evaluated all the options available to us. Joel even arranged for us to visit another customer who was already using the system which really swing our decision to got with iiko.
Robyn who did our on boarding training explained the system to us perfectly and went through everything at a pace that we were able to keep up with.
Alec who is our customer service coordinator has also been a great help throughout and is available for any ongoing questions.
Last but not least, iiko support, these guys & girls are available 24/7 via the telegram app and are so efficient at dealing with any queries within minutes, nothing is too much trouble.
Overall we could not be happier with our choice of EPOS system. We are so glad we decide to purchase iiko as our EPOS system

From start to finish iiko has been amazing with the set up and throughout the system is so easy to use after a day of using it you know how to work it and it does everything for you once you put the data in

Initially wanted something quick and easy to use, in the demo it seemed to be good enough and user friendly. Ended up being sold a 1 year package and not offered the monthly rolling (only found out this was possible when trying to go for a refund).
The refund process is non existent, with no money back guarantee you will not be compensated even if you have not used the machines or if the machines are not what you desired. The machine itself is outdated with low resolution screen and old components. - it doesnt even come with built in wifi.
Spoke to one of the higher up guys and they said
"We cannot offer a return and refund, but what we can do when your broadband is connected is ensure that through the training and support you have what you need."
having not used the machines once, due to not working fast enough intergrated with our card machine taking 5+ seconds for the transaction to appear on the machine we decided to not use Iiko.
It wasn't a problem with our broadband because i tried it on our neighbours fibre so it definitely was an issue with Iiko.
Due to not having a return policy you can tell there is no confidence in what they sell and I would not recommend this system to anyone.
Now we're down £1.3k in the midst of a pandemic where that money is needed for the survival of our business. - and all we have is some old hardware and software gathering dust.

From the very start of the process working with iiko everyone I have encountered has been super helpful. Harrison went out of his way to show me various demos of the system before I made a decision and then went through some very thorough training. The onboarding is smooth with a dedicated account manager checking in on progress and since we went like the support team via Telegram have been extremely helpful. Quick responses and I would say 99% of the time they have found a solution to my queries and issues.

From the initial call with their sales rep Tim to the system set up with Emma, these guys have been fantastic! Hard ware, software and set up are all fantastic. The biggest plus with these guys is their support team are fab. All problems and technical issues are all resolved within minutes. Would highly recommend. 5 star service

We are a new start up Bar and Kitchen and after a lot of research decided to engage with IIKO and use their bespoke hospitality Epos and back office system.
Right from the relaxed and helpful sales calls to installation, formatting and tutorials, the whole experience- which I was dreading- was simple and easy. The system itself is intuitive to use at the front end processes and the back office suite gives me all the metrics and reports I could wish for along with the ability for me to change front end info on the fly is incredible plus I know I have support from both their customer support teams and also having a team of technical experts on hand via Telegram.
I couldn’t be happier with my decision and would recommend IIKO to all my colleagues within the industry.

I have used Iiko for my POS since I opened my Coffee Shop over two years ago, I have had the very best support and service from them at all times. They are always there when I need them, even more so during the past year with all the lockdowns and VAT changes. Their product is the best on the market and their support is second to none.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
