a refund and I did not have to return the item.

I received the dress today & I like it very much but I was sent the wrong size. I ordered an XL (extra large size 12)
but I received a Small. I want to exchange it for the correct size. I am waiting for a response from Customer service. I do not think I should have to pay for shipping since I was sent the wrong size.

I have had numerous emails and texts to you. Three dresses were charged to me. I only ordered one. One was credited but the other wasn't. I an still waiting on a $48.12 credit. I will be happy to let other customers know you about your very poor customer service.

Lost in the mail
My package was lost in the mail and not delivered (. . . yet, we are still waiting at 6 weeks). I contacted Iktops and requested that they re-send the item or provide a refund and they chose a refund. This is so thoughtful. Mail problems are not the fault of the business nor of the purchaser; yet they stepped up immediately. Now I I can re-order when I wish. Throughout the process, they were fast to respond, generous and kind. Five stars!

The swimsuits I ordered were too small and too short. Yes, I've gained weight during the winter and I hoped they'd fit. I think the sizing was right, just my body was wrong. The fabric was very nice. This company was great to deal with and responded to my liking. I would order from them again and order a larger size.

Even though it took a while for the…
Even though it took a while for the product to come from China, it arrived in good condition. The top pulls over your head and I managed to get a size medium over my head with no problem. Like that the top has long sleeves that can be pushed up. The linen is a light weight so I can barely see my bra underneath. I love the revealing shoulder on the left side.
