Very nice costumer facilities and products so comfortable wear.

Great product (green sweatshirt with deer pocket print), great price and arrived really quickly!
Previously bought a couple t-shirts from them as well with equally good experience!

I stumbled across Illustrate a couple of years ago whilst looking for a water bottle. The Elephant one went on my Christmas list and hey presto couldn't ask for better (that was2 yrs ago) ...I have since ordered for presents and just recently bought myself another Elephant 🐘 water bottle and notebooks all fantastic, these I got in the sale and what a bargain. Will not hesitate to recommend and Continue to use and support their ethos. (Just to say my water bottle is still OK after all this time just a bit battered from amount of times I've dropped it and will continue to be used daily). Order arrived super quick

The online shop is easy to use, I could quickly check-out with Apple Pay. Delivery was fast (FedEx) and the t-shirt is a well printed nice 100% cotton shirt.

I have been ordering from Illustrate for about 7 years. We really love their jumpers. They last ages, not fading or bobbling, wash well and fit nicely.
Good communication and fast shipping too!
Im sure I will continue to shop here for years to come!

I love this company! I used to go into their store in Bristol and am so glad that they continue online. I have recently bought a wooden phone case and an art print. Both are stunning, great quality and I have had so many compliments. Will be using for Christmas presents for sure :)

awful, no customer support when I've reached out to get a refund. It's been over 3 weeks! Shameful.

I purchased a christmas present from this company but when it arrived it was low quality. I conatacted them to start the returns process but it has now nearly been a month and I have heard nothing. I've emailed, filled in their website forms and messaged them on all social media platforms but to no avail. A terrible company which I will never buy from again.

I really love this company for so many reasons. Initially because of the products they offered style wise and then their responsibility with sources etc. Mainly now though it’s the customer service, one of my bug bears is customer service and it’s rare that I come across a company with exceptional customer support, this is one of the few I’ve had that experience with. If only more companies were like this. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and everyone that sees the rucksack I bought from them says how much they love it. The design of it inside doesn’t quite suit my needs or what I initially purchased it for but again the company were very helpful it resolving this for me. I hope they keep up the good work.

Really good clothing and really good quality. I have ordered from them twice, the first order was about 2-3 years ago and the clothes still hold up and still have the designs on them and i recently ordered from them again and they didn’t disappoint as usual. The only downside is each time they have sent me the right product but not in the size I ordered and had to send a couple of things back for my first order but they were very kind, patient and professional and sorted the problem quickly. They did do this for my most recent order by sending me a top that is one size larger but it works out because it actually fits better. Definitely a 9.5/10.

Went to this outlet in Bristol yesterday.
Products are nice and store is tidy. Staff very welcoming and nice, I just wish I had more time or friends with me and we would have stoped in the coffe area, that seemed a very quiet and relaxing place.
So, I'll come back :-)
