O experiență revoltătoare și complet inacceptabilă. Această locație arată mai degrabă ca o clădire abandonată decât ca o unitate de cazare. Pereții sunt murdari și scârboși, baia este sufocată de mucegai, cu mirosuri greu de suportat, iar nivelul de igienă este practic inexistent.
Saltelele sunt extrem de murdare și pătate, total improprii pentru dormit, iar paturile sunt rupte și instabile, reprezentând un real pericol. Este de neînțeles cum un asemenea loc poate fi listat pentru cazare și cum i se permite să funcționeze în asemenea condiții.
Prețul cerut este o insultă raportat la ce se oferă. Lipsă totală de respect față de clienți. Nu recomand sub nicio formă — evitați acest loc dacă țineți la sănătatea și siguranța voastră.

We have just checked into a property that is not as shown in the photos. They are not a true representation if the property. Walls are scuffed, curtains are dirty. Faux leather bed head all scuffed. The terrace is unusable because the table has huge rust patches all over it and the chairs are grubby. The outlook is also pretty grim so photos are not a true representation. We have always been thrilled and never had need to complain before. They seem unwilling to move us when other properties are available. They are in breach of contract by selling an apartment showing a bright and clean airy space with usable terrace furniture when it is nothing like the photos. So upset that their customer service seems non-existent.

Absolutely dreadful company. We had a delayed check-in. Arrived to wet floors. Lamps and remotes had no batteries or bulbs in and the outside terrace looked absolutely nothing like the images advertised. Didn’t even stay an hour and they’ve refused any compensation

Vi havde en dejlig uge hos iLoftMalaga i en perfekt belliggende lejlighed.
Efter to dage havde vi problemer med manglende varmt vand samt en opvaskemaskine som ikke fungerede på grund af en strømafbrydelse.
Hurtig og nem kontakt via WhatsApp og i løbet af samme dag kom en teknikere og løste problemet.

Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Please avoid ILoftMalaga and especially the Alas Clarin apartment. It is in an apartment complex that is under constant renovation. The noise from 8AM to 6PM weekdays made the apartment unlivable. We had to leave each day by 8:30AM. ILoftMalaga was very unprofessional and unresponsive to help us cover extra costs we incurred to find alternate space during the day, We paid a lot of money to have a wonderful experience with the ILoftMalaga apartment and it was far from a good experience. They were very unprofessional in their response.

It is 2024. I have been renting my stays in Malaga since 2020 passing from them. Cleaning has been always their weak point. Never rent a flat with a carpet with them, and if you like the apartment ask to remove carpets because they will never been cleaned enough. You will arrive in your flat and you will find for sure issues.. with the kitchen, with the bathroom, etc. they will share their execuses and will send a technician to sort this out, and if you are lucky they will sort out otherwise you keep the issues even if you paid 200€ per day. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They called their self real estate renting but they are not at all. A group of young guys manage this apartment rental agency with low professionalism, poor problem solving capacity and low customer service level. Apartments appear very nice furnished but that is only the first watch. You will have issues with lights, dirty oven, fridge that doesn’t works, bathroom with leakage o else. They don’t check the apartments between various rental like they should do. Every years the same story and the service become bad and bad. Renting an appartment in Malaga is beautiful but try other agencies that maybe are more serious and less “estetic-only”

The apartment on Plaza de Hoyo was very clean and in a good location for Malaga’s old town. It was cool, even without the very effective air conditioning. Staff at the main office were very friendly and helpful, keeping our bags on our final day so that we could spend the day exploring without our luggage weighing us down. The apartment was a little hard to find at first but the company’s out of hours phone service provided the guidance we needed.

Ekstrem dårlig service og kommunikation.
Ikke interesseret i at løse problem med vandskade , kun interesseret i at trække tiden.
Og mente at der ikke var et problem da der var andre rum i lejligheden vi godt kunne bruge.
Ingen oprydning g eller rengøring efter vandskade.
Vi boede 5 ud af 7 dage med vandskade og har kæmpet med kompensation, og endt med at takke nej til 75 euro i kompensation for en lejlighed vi bestilte 1876 euro for.
Noget svineri, og vi kan ikke anbefale stedet eller firmaet til nogen.
Bruger dem aldrig igen.

We stayed at the SoHo IV apartment at Martínez Campos in Malaga.

The apartment did not live up to the high expectations, the summary/description/photos left you. It disappointed on so many levels.
Cleaning was mediocre, the apartment is very worn and torn, and the surroundings are very very noisy. Thin walls derives you from sleep, and during the day constant renovations inside the building (was started weeks before we arrived, and ongoing after we left).
We asked numerous times for a refund or to be rehoused. We got a 11% compensation, which we pointed out was ridiculous.
Please stay away from this apartment and find another agency

Fake advertising. Don’t trust the company. When confronting iloftmalaga with their fake pictures of rentals, we are met with no understanding. Bad cleaning, cigarettes and mole all over the place. Still, no refund is given to us.
