Ik heb in januari 2023 een linker airpod besteld van de airpods pro. Nu meer dan 2 jaar later nog steeds niks. Heb eerste instantie contact gezocht met DHL, die zeiden dat ze nooit een pakket hebben gekregen. Daarna heb ik contact opgezocht via mail met ILostMyEarbud via mail, geen reactie. Kortom 1 grote scam.

einen linken Kopfhörer bestellt und erhalten. Diesen aber einen Tag später retourniert an die angegeben Adresse und auf eigne Kosten.

Paket kam Anfang Feb. an. Bis heute kein Geld oder Reaktion erhalten!
Paypal Käuferschutz greift ebenfalls nicht

Metto 2 perché tutto rimborsato dopo una controversia attraverso PayPal. Dopo l’ordine il silenzio più assoluto dopo qualche giorno invio una mail per info al venditore e nulla dopo altri due gg scrivo a paypal e dopo 10 minuti tutto chiuso rimborso fatto e scuse del venditore alla mia precedente mail alla quale non aveva risposto , mi dispiace c’è stato un problema di approvvigionamento o qualcosa del genere.

La comunicazione è tutto, la tempestività è tutto assolutamente bocciato e aconsigliato

Bought right AirPods pro 1 and the battery drop down faster than my 3years old left airpod. Still got 20% on the left when "new" right one disconnect. Asked for a prepaid label to return it because it's defective (it's not a retraction ! As long as I can get a brand new product, I don't ask for a refund). No answer from the seller. So just avoid them.

Shocking company. Cancelled my order within minutes of ordering. Got emails advising the order was in the process of being cancelled, then that it was cancelled, however the product has still been dispatched 2 days later. No doubt it will now be a nightmare to get it returned / the money back. Wish we'd read all reviews for this outfit on the dot com and dot uk reviews on TrustPilot. 5-star reviews on here are clearly manufactured.

Sent the product back to them and got no refund. Email them, no reply.

Ordered a Left AirPod Pro Earbud, the online instruction guide did not work,went to error code 404. The serial details on the pod where not the same as Apples but had made in Chine instead, would not pair with the case, Wish I had checked these reviews first, should have gone direct to Apple store.

I bought a Left AirPod 2nd generation came very quickly and in good condition. However, it did not come with an instruction manual and I can’t get it to charge to connect to my phone, plus there’s no support or contact information on the website. So if anyone had the same problem and solved it please email me :) bethwaters22@icloud .com

I ordered this product on the 1st of September and I still haven't received it .I contacted DHL and they said you guys didn't even give the item to them that's crazy!?!. You guys either give me a refund

Toen ik per ongeluk twee oortjes had besteld, annuleerde ik onmiddellijk mijn bestelling en ik stuurde bovendien direct een mail. TOCH hadden ze me twee oortjes opgestuurd ipv 1. Ik heb zelf een retourlabel moeten aanmaken. De terugbetaling liep helemaal NIET vlot. Ze hadden me eerst enkel de retourlabel terugbetaald. Na ongeveer 10 mails en 1 maand later, kreeg ik eindelijk mijn geld terug van het oortje dat ik terug had gestuurd.

My AirPods Pro case stopped working so I bought a new one from this website. They sent the product from Germany to Ireland, it’s a brand new product working perfectly. Recommended!

Alles verliep soepel, tot het retourneren van het pakket. Hier kon ik geen retourlabel ontvangen en moest ik het via een particulier adres opsturen naar Duitsland (?). 3,5 weken later en Ilostmyearbud geeft aan mijn pakket nog niet te hebben, zeer merkwaardig. Reageert alleen als ik meerdere e-mails stuur en biedt geen hulp / service. 4 weken verder en kan dus fluiten naar mijn geld...

Ik had een earpod oplaad doosje nodig nadat die van mij kwijt was. Na enige tijd zoeken naar de beste en goedkoopste optie kwam ik uit op ilostmyearbud.com. Na mijn bestelling kreeg ik een bevestiging van bestellen, maar ik heb nooit een mail ontvangen dat het verzonden was. Ik dacht dat ik mijn geld kwijt was tot ik na 4 dagen een envelop in mijn brievenbus had met het apple doosje erin.

Het werkt top! Je krijgt de orginele verpakking erbij. Ik ben echt blij met mijn aankoop!

Misschien voor earbud zelf. Een mailtje van bevestiging van verzending zou wel heel fijn zijn!

Mijn rechtse AirPod was kapot. Heb er op zaterdag 1 besteld en had hem op donderdag al binnen.

Mijn nieuwe earbud werd binnen een paar dagen bezorgd. Omdat ik net mijn eigen earbud weer vond stuurde ik hem meteen terug. Mijn geld stond binnen een week weer op mijn rekening.
