Kettle did not arrive, was delivered to the wrong address with delivery company only giving me a reference number and telling me its on the driver to recover my package not them

We have looked into your order and tracking status, the order was placed in the evening of 30th March, dispatched the following day and was delivered in the morning on 3rd April. During this time, courier DPD attempted 3 deliveries according to your requests to a pickup point and safety place.
We have not received any inquiries from you regarding the tracking/whereabouts of the order, and is only made aware of the situation upon receiving this review on Trustpilot on 7th April. We have since left a voicemail on your phone, as we were not sure the situation from the review and wanting to assist the best we can.

I was a bit cautious about ordering…
I was a bit cautious about ordering from this company as I had never heard of them before.
But they were selling the Wilfa Svart black grinder cheaper than anywhere else, So I gave them ago.
And they were fantastic!!
Delivery was very fast. The grinder was dispatched the next day and arrived in perfect condition and got a free Hario air pouring kettle.
Will buy from this company again and fully recommend.

Products delivered promptly in intact packaging.. when subsequently one of the products was found to be faulty, the K+ Coffee team were very quick to replace it.. so overall very happy with the products, the price I paid and customer service.. would definitely recommend
