Purchased on the 1/10/2024 and still not recieved. Paid $10 for shipping as well! I've made several attempts to email (as that's the only way to contact) and had no response.

Horrendous customer service! We bought 7 full price tickets but made an error and bought them for the car visit instead of on foot (total of $133). After contacting them seeking to correct the issue, they offered to change our tickets for $115. There's no way we will pay almost double price for such a simple change. Our children are disappointed they won't be able to walk through the location. When we booked, we didn't even realized there was a car option which is what created all the confusion as it's not at all featured in their advertisement - to be fair, who would want to drive through and see the lights through dirty car windows?! Unbelievable lack of understanding. Based on such a poor customer service, we don't recommend illumi at all - it's not hard to imagine their dismal customer service extends far beyond such a simple change of ticket. Shocking!

I chose my lamp and had a couple of questions, so I rang up and the lady on the other end was more than helpful. I ordered my lamp and it came quick. The lamp works well, I'm pleased with it.

My experience of Ilumi is endless problems with their website and their deliveries, which need sorting out. Furthermore, the meat content of some of their dishes is often less than generous and needs to be improved. Every time I have tried to place an order on their website I end up having to phone the company to sort it out and then the subsequent delivery often goes wrong as well. I have spoken to them many times, but have yet to have a trouble-free order.

I have tried a myriad of differing dishes as I bought the meal plan, ranging from Lamb Rogan Josh, to lamb and Chicken casseroles to thai food and soups and can honestly say I have not been let down n flavour for any of them.

I do think the Thai dishes are the top of the bunch though! Happy eating

Oh, and as a bonus, with being intolerant to gluten and milk (and yeast which I have only seen one on their site have) these have been a delight for me and has made me feel much better!

Only tried a few dishes so far but I am totally addicted to The Tom Kha Gai soup. Easy to use website and very swift delivery.

Since retiring we do a lot of "touring" and rely on these meals nearly every day. They are so convenient and always delicious. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact our biggest decision of the day is whether to eat in or out. "In" with Ilumi usually wins!

I bought seven different meals (three of each) and they were delivered very quickly, ordered on the Friday and delivered on the Monday. I have tried three of the meals so far, and all very tasty. Easy to cook in the microwave. None of the meals have the 'nasty' Rapeseed oil in them! One slight criticism, they could be a little more generous in the amount in the pouch. But all in all, good value for money, and I will buy again if the remaining four are as good as the first three. Go for it!

Really tasty convenient food

Picked a couple of meals up recently at Aldi was really surprised at flavours and quality of products. Investigated and found web site - placed order which was delivered promptly. Looking forward to sampling more meals. So handy to prepare when in a rush or to pack in a bag if you are not sure of gluten free availability

Great food, well packaged with clearly labelled ingredients & after ordering a significant amount my order was delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. I would highly recommend this company & their products to anyone newly diagnosed coeliac or required to follow a gluten/wheat free diet.

Since being told I had a gluten intolerance I have struggled to understand what meals work best for me, when I was first told I decided to put my faith in Ilumi with hope that they would be able to turn this bad life event into a good one, firstly when their food arrived I though it all looked great, lots of choice, lovely packaging but two ready meals in and I found raw chicken within the ready meal, I was disgusted by what I saw and very upset, after all, it's extremely dangerous. I am now left with a large order of food I no longer want to touch out of fear.

I've had 3 months worth of orders from Ilumi now and enjoyed it very much. It's no dearer than eating normally but as its gluten and dairy free, it's great to have a quick, delicious tasting, safe meal to eat in 2 mins. Ideal to take away with you too. Delivery is fast and efficient. My only downside to it is that the range of choice seems to be less recently, are you struggling to keep up with demand Ilumi? It wouldn't surprise me, as its so nice. Good that I can get some in local supermarket now too.

Fantastic although parcelforce let you down. The rice noodles were fantastic. I bought them for when my son is working off site .

Really good and tasty meals, ideal for a substantial meal when you don't have time to cook. When arriving home late from day out, when camping or self catering on holiday or when you just feel lazy! Gluten free and safe.

These are great products. Online ordering efficient and quick delivery. An all round excellent service.

The food is delicious, they have plenty of discount offers, and it's delivered very quickly.

I have been buying from Ilumi for several years now - their great gluten free tray dishes make lunch times at work a doddle. 2 mins in the microwave and I have a hot safe gluten free meal.

Food so far tastes great. Would love a bigger range though, especially more flavours for noodles.
My only issue was that next day delivery took 3 days. Ok I ordered at 6pm (on the 9th)so knew it wouldn't be processed until morning (the 10th) so had assumed it would be next day from that. Insteas it arrived on the 12th which is 3 days after order was placed (2 days after it was processed). Why give me next day delivery if that wasn't the case? Wasted few days waiting about as didn't receive an actual notification about delivery until that morning
