My BTL fixed rate mortgage was coming to an end around the end of the base rate increases (2023). Brian Donovan was able to help me find the best deal I could without a large product fee attached. I was really pleased with the service and response times from Ideal Mortgage Advisors and would recommend them.

What a fantastic company! Andrew was friendly and easy to deal with, answered all my questions and looked into all options for the best deal for my mortgage. He kept me informed throughout the process and continued to check the mortgage rates as they kept changing.

Brian was a recommendation from a family member after we had two other brokers/advisers let us down and we cannot thank him enough for his efforts and dedication.

We had a very short time period to re-negotiate our fixed mortgage rate after being let down and Brian helped us achieve our new fixed-term rate without going into the higher interest rate after the fixed term was up, even with our lender making things rather tricky for us.

Brian provided impeccable attention and detail, taking time to talk through questions and concerns. He even provided advice and options that the other brokers never mentioned. He was a great mediator between us and the lender, ensuring that all documentation had been received, processed and that any slight hiccups were ironed out super efficiently. His communication was spot on, on both phone calls and email and his response time was fantastic.

Before speaking to Brian, we genuinely thought we were a lost cause and with very limited options. Brian brought a sense of peace and wisdom in a time of need and uncertainty.
