I've had a great experience working with them to make an embroidery file of my company logo. We had a lot of tweaks along the way to get it to sew well on my home machine. Highly recommend!

success at last
We all have problems and as I was very out of practice with embroidery being away for over 10 years. I reached out to get a design digitized. after 2 trys one came back in EXP other never sent a design. I was very cautious. Then came Image2emb. Harry digitized my design in the format that runs on my machine without conversion. when there was a bit of an issue he corrected it free and had to me in 2 days.

I highly recommend Image2emb

It's hard to trust an online service…
It's hard to trust an online service provider, but Harry and the team at Image2Emb.com set my mind at ease. I love that they send a proof before you actually pay for the final embroidery file. That way I knew he was serious and not just phishing for emails.
The final file package was robust, containing all of the embroidery specs, including thread color and dimensions. I've had this service done by others and had to pay much more -- this was truly a bargain.
What made it a great value was the customer service. I'm a novice embroiderer and Harry worked with me to troubleshoot issues with my consumer-level machine to get the design to work just right, and didn't even charge me extra when it was certainly over-and-above and deserving. I will definitely use Image2emb.com again. Thank you!

They did perfect Jpeg to dst conversion
I have uploaded an emblem in JPEG form, and I2E Digitizers converted it into a DST file format exactly as it is in the JPEG form. Their conversion cost is very low, and they have a fast turnaround time.
It a REAL embroidery file converter!
