A great & valuable experience
I have recently completed my course in cognitive behavioural therapy, and glad to say successfully.
I have enjoyed the learning and found the course content very challenging, inspiring and well explained. Navigating the course was clear and uncomplicated.
The institute team provides good support for your studies and are at easy reach to answer any questions. I would highly recommend the IOMH for doing a course that interests you, and the advantage of learning at one's pace.

A worthwhile course
The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Care Certificate Standards course has certainly provided me with knowledge and skills as part of my Continuous Professional Development (50 points).While some areas were familiar to me, others were not.
This course has equipped me with necessary tools to endeavour into another career path.
I like the fact that I was able to work at my own pace.
I had a difficulty regarding getting my certificate, on completion. However once this was brought to the attention of the Help Desk this matter was sorted quickly.
I thank the Institute of Mental Health for the opportunity provided and I highly recommend this course.

Responsive and Helpful After Feedback
After I shared my concerns, the company reached out to me personally and apologized for the inconvenience. They promptly sent me free hard copies of my certificates and transcripts, which I really appreciated. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issue showed good customer care. No one gets back to you!! Numerous messages for help go unanswered!! I bought a course through reed, advertised as a diploma course, it isn’t! I completed the course anyway, I’ve spent 9 HOURS on the final assignment, click the link to submit, which takes you to a page to pay for your certificate???? I can’t submit, cannot get any help, have paid for the course and certificate but will I have wasted 9 hours on an assignment that no one will ever get so see???
I am so angry right now and feel absolutely scammed! Institute of mental health have given me anxiety beyond belief! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
