Not impressed, not recommended
Having completed the course and written an extensive final piece, I'm directed to a page to have it marked. However, the link takes me straight to the certification order page, where the only option is to pay for a certificate.
I contacted them and received no response via email or over the online chat. I'm wondering where the good reviews come from and if the whole thing is a scam. I'll update this review should anything change.
UPDATE 12/03/25
It does indeed appear to be a scam.
After posting my review on here, they finally responded to my enquiries. After another week of back and forth, I've been informed the course certification is for an additional fee and not included with the course itself.
There's been no mention of actually evaluating and marking my course material, so it seems I could have skipped the course entirely and just bought the certificate.
UPDATE: 13/03/25
I've received a letter stating my course has been marked, that I've completed the course, and my certificate is attached. It's a relief to get to this point, as it's taken more time and effort than the course itself.
I've been asked to update my review, and I'm happy to add an additional star, but to give more would be dishonest. There's no feedback on my coursework and I'm unsure if it was reviewed at all. Ultimately, I've got what I paid for, though I simply can't rate the experience highly.
- The course itself is fairly well written and informative
- It isn't formatted in a way which promotes genuine learning and long term retention
- The automated voiceover is hilarious with all the incorrect pronunciations
- The support was non-existent and required a negative review to instigate a response and resolution
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this course
