IRP helped me alot in helping me understand more of the game, working on small things that seperate a good player from an even better player. Coach In0x also helped me fix a lot of small minor errors... Ver mais

Overall
Overall, I really learned a lot and is thankful to have met a community that is driven to becoming better as individuals and as players. Its nice to see that other people have the same goal and are open to learning from mistakes unlike my ranked teammates. I've grown so much as a player, reaching greater heights with the help from all the staff and coaches!! Thank you so much!
Long Time Player Turned GOAT
I was a pretty long time viewer of Konpeki and I decided to take a look at the training program offered after I joined my collegiate team. There was lot of great interactions with coaches and other members and I really enjoyed the scrims. The lectures were insightful but feel a little bit less valuable than the 1 on 1's which are super helpful. Loved the program!
IRP helped me a lot with a better…
IRP helped me a lot with a better understanding of the game and my mechanics improved greatly from the drill i was given from the coaches and better understanding how to play as a team and using my utility
Really enjoyable
This was the second time I tried out the IRP program, Had such a blast this season learned many new aspect of the game, and gained many new friends playing the community scrims and being active in the classroom. I would also say the coaches are incredible, big shout out to Zelo who has helped me along the journey and despite me some times missing some content always helped me with my issues. Would recommend to anyone looking to join a fun learning zone.
If you can, do it
Well worth the Price! Coming from someone who wasn't very skilled and knew little about how the game is played, I found the information, lessons, and training in the program to be thorough and informative. The Coaches are experts at their craft, giving productive feedback and answering any questions or concerns you might have. Seeing my rank improve weekly from iron 3 to gold 2 surprised me and my friends. If you are looking for a reliable way to improve, look no further!
Great experience
When I first joined IRP, I was immortal 1-2 not really able to understand the game. With IRP, I was able to learn lessons from the classes that were held plus VOD review one on ones with one of the many great coaches that they have and with all of this I hit radiant pretty easily. I would 100% recommend if you are serious about your improvement as without IRP I don't think I would have been able to hit radiant as fast as I did.
GOATED coaching staff
The coaching staff at IRP is impeccable, if you are ever uncertain about anything, the coaches will help you, just ask them. The structure of the program builds fundamentals, and then attacks your weak points through review, providing insight on how to fix your own personal problems. I cannot recommend the program enough if you are serious about improving in Valorant. I can say with 100% confidence you will find a player in the program who is like minded, and make the journey fun and inspire you to improve.
I grew a lot with the program
I had very good experiences with it and when i joined it was a particularly rough time of my life in terms of the confidence i had and i didnt only learn about the game i love but also more about myself and this helped me be more confident on my skills. I really value all the work i had with the coaches and it was awesome, if i went back to decide if i wanted to join the program i would do it again.
I had a rough start when I first joined but finished very strong…
I had a rough start when I first joined the program but they showed me each of my mistakes I was making and showed me ways to improve on them and how I can further improve my knowledge of the game I felt that the most they were one of the most helpful ways of improving in Valorant and I started at diamond 1 but eventually reached diamond 3 after some grueling hours in competive queue and I now feel the best I have every been at the game and I am ranking up steadily hoping to reach radiant. I also was taught a lot about teamplay which helped me get on my colleigate valorant team at UCF, and this made me very happy as it was one of my goals for the year and I couldn't be more happy with my current skill level in Valorant because of them.
The big take aways
There is a lot to take a way from this program. I was personally able to take away a large amount of knowledge from all the discord calls walking through pro analysis along with map analysis then adding that into my own gameplay with the 1 on 1's and scrims. I was able to go from Diamond 1 at the beginning of the Act all the way to Immortal 1 72rr after one act. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take this game seriously.
So my experience with IRP was overall great
So my experience with IRP was great overall
I had a good start improving fom s3 to p1 but got stuck between g3 and p1 and i got a little bit frustrated but not because the teaching was bad or anything like that. Zelo helped me improve a lot over this 10 weeks. I think if i play more consistant im able to reach my goal of asc. The consitancy is a big problem for me. One game i drop 25 the next 9. Im trying to improve on that and Zelo gave me good inputs. Overall the IRP helped me improve as a player, not as fast as i hoped too but thats on me. The 00:00am lessons were pretty hard for me too attend sometimes because i work at 6am. Thats the reason i rearly attended the lessons in person and watched them afterwards. I think if some of the coaches are able to prioritize cet that could help a lot. As I said the comunity was great and it helped me improve a lot i would say.
IS IRP Worth it? YES
I was initially scepitcal about finding a coaching program. I've seen many ads and people talking about different aspects of the game and coaching. I've been following Konpeki for while and I really liked how he breaks things down and explains the mechanics. I joined Konpeki's Training Grounds Discord. I got a chance to talk to like minded players and people who wanted to improve. The discord community that Konpeki has grown is phenominal and everyone is so supportive. After joining the Immortal Roadmap Program, I was instantly greeted with support and friendly insights. The program has opened my eyes to so many different things that I never thought about while playing. The coaches are all very patient and helpful. No matter your skill level or knowledge of mechanics. They will work with you and put things into a context that you personally can relate to. I've had the chance to work with multiple coaches through out the season and I can say that, each and every coach is very easy to work with. People ask if its worth it. I started Silver and ended the 10 week period 11RR off of plat. New season started and now it's time to apply what I've learned. It is a commitment on both ends. All you need to do is give it your 100% and the coaches will back you 1000%( Yes that's one thousand ). Keep climbing and have fun! Above all, Trust the process. I did.
I have been participating in the IRP for only 3 months, and i got to reach Ascendent.
I have been participating in the Immortal Roadmap Program for approximately three to four months, and the enhancement in my Valorant skills has been visible. The coaches are full of great knowledge and helped me improving over this 10 week period. Particularly emphasizing crosshair placement, which has led to a marked improvement in both my accuracy and decision-making abilities. Furthermore, the program has offered valuable insights into game knowledge, especially in my role as a Sentinel, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of positioning, utility usage, and map control. As a result of my experience with the IRP, I now possess greater confidence in my role and have observed substantial advancements in my gameplay.
Overall I had a really great experience…
Overall I had a really great experience with IRP- my favorite part was definitely the scrims and 10-mans, getting to play with like-minded individuals and receive feedback from the coaches in real time was incredibly rewarding and fun. Every coach I spoke with was incredible, special shoutouts to Zelo and evaD for the 1on1s as well as controller VOD reviews, but seriously every coach (Milan, in0x, Raymon, and more) who I interracted with were endlessly helpful. This program taught me more about VALORANT than I knew there was to know, and honestly opened my eyes to just how much goes into being skilled at this game. I'm incredibly thankful for all of the advice and support I've gotten throughout my ten weeks, and look forward to continuing to interact with the community moving forward.
Improving with IRP
IRP has improved my understanding of my Role and also about the Game. The coaches helped me adapting to various Situations in game, which I had problems with. The environment during Group activities was also fun and helped me as a player.
Although I have to Mention that Konpeki was not as present as I thought/ was advertised. Still there are great Coaches that are willing to work with you.
I would recommend this program if you are serious about improving and having the goal in becoming Competitive. For me I wouldnt do the program just for ranking up a few Ranks.
IRP Review
Started as D2/D3 player and finished the program as a D2 player. Program has a lot of good information in classes and there is a library of videos from the program to revisit if you want to review things. All the coaches are very friendly and open to any questions that you might have. There are a lot of useful, almost daily activities, in the program that help you get feedback almost constantly. 1-on-1 vod reviews with coaches are probably the most helpful tool that they provide with specific information on what you need to fix and how. However, despite working on the feedback that I was given, there was a large mismatch on the results that were promised and what I was able to achieve, making the cost/value not really there.
I ♥ IRP
IRP has been a amazing program to be in! The classes have been very helpful to me as I have been learning new initiators to play. The amount of time and effort that has been put into classes and 1 on 1's is outstanding. I was personally coached by Zelo and have received very valuable feedback as to what I've been doing right and wrong. the things I've found most valuable out of the IRP is the 1 on 1's, the scrims, and the amount of dedicated players who are all looking to improve. IRP has been a great experience and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to seriously improve at the game.
as a immortal player although I have not learned many new things because ive done research to get to the rank ive got to, I still got value out of the program. As someone trying to learn how to play Sova a mechanically tough agent, coach Raymon has taught me valuable things to know about the agent.
The coaching staff at IRP is GOATED.

IRP provides you everything
After being partially involved in the previous season and now finally fully participating in season 20, I can say that there is literally nothing left uncovered in this program. I have access to not only top tier coaches, but dozens of past videos in case I need to rewatch ANYTHING. All the coaches are super available, and personally I've had great success with in0x going over my core faults and readjusting how I need to approach playing Valorant. I still have some stuff to work on but with all the insight I've been given, and with in0x's talented guidance, I can tell I have gotten so much better and will continue to grow.
I haven’t had a easy time finding…
I haven’t had a easy time finding people to connect with through valorant but I can say that through my time with the irp program I have been able to make some really fun times and memories with everyone in irp this experience has over all been super fun to be a part of something bigger than just hopping in casual games on valorant but to actually learn from the best of the best how they see the game I was truly blessed to get this opportunity with this program and these wonderful people. Now Zelo as a coach is phenomenal (no glaze) but I felt like one of the reasons he is such a good coach is because he’s to be honest a really down to earth dude and he lets that show in his work which is super cool my honest opinion overall of Zelo the Jett main is that he’s a Gangster I’d play with him on my team or have a beer with him any day love you buddy 🤙
