Imperial Pets Opiniões

Personable friendly service. Willing to go go out of way to meet particular needs.

Great communication and prompt delivery, thanks!

Great service from an independent company

Great communication from this company, the item I ordered is no longer supplied in powder form but they kept me updated with information from the supplier , who in fact gave me an extra supply. Great experience

Friendly service. Loads of information on how to feed and the best food to feed your pet, great choice of brands too and I was surprised by some of the natural remedies on offer which can save a fortune instead of going to the vets! Highly recommend, especially as I finally found food my cat will eat but it's good quality and won't break the bank!

Helpfull advice, Very good at keeping me informed on delivery progress.

It is great to have an online pet shop that offers products that I cannot find in my local pet shop and also items that may be too heavy to carry to my home from the pet shop.
Great products delivered to my door with advance email notifications of delivery date and two hour delivery window.
If not at home at proposed time and date, just click on the notification email and select desired delivery instructions.
Thank you Imperial Pets!!!!

Always get our raw dog good from Claire. Claire is always happy to help and give any advice needed. She has lovely dog treats. Would use anyone other than Imperial Pets.

I took my 12 week old puppy Hetty to Claires shop today. Claire was so helpful. She fitted a great harness for her and as she seems to be a terrible traveller and is sick every time I take her out in the car Claire recommended some herbal tablets for her and also advised me what to use for worming. she also recommended some puppy chews for her which she loves especially the piece of wood. In fact Claire was very helpful about a lot of things as my old dog is 13 years old now, so it is 13 years since I last had a puppy and you can get a lot more natural things for them now which is great. I will definitely go back to imperial pets again

I orders two cat toys, which were hard to get in the UK. Imperial Pets called me and explained why they were having problems too. They gave me some options and I chose to substitute the order. A really nice personal touch which is rare these days. I will definitely use them again! Thanks you.

Honestly so grateful for Imperial Pets, I won’t go anywhere else! Lovely friendly staff.
Claire is always so helpful and knowledgable, she goes out of her way to help me out when I need something and love the subscription service!

Friendly Informative staff... My first time dropping in.

Won't be my last!

Great staff, advice and service

Claire and her colleague are so welcoming and helpful with any queries I have had so far associated with my puppy. Claire has provided useful advice with the measurements of raw food that I feed my puppy on. There is so much choice in her shop with ensuring puppies/dogs are well fed with holistic food

Brilliant service and products

Excellent communication and fast delivery, thank you.

Brilliant pet shop, wonderful staff who are always happy to help customers with any enquiry and even phone you if need any clarification of your order. Highly recommend.

Booked a nutrition appointment with Claire I found her through RFVS I didn’t have anyone local so booked a telephone appointment. Claire was absolutely brilliant, her knowledge and expertise she definitely knows her stuff, if you have a health problem with your pet I highly recommend making an appointment.
