Imperial Pets Opiniões

Staff are friendly and the location is good, can apply for the subscription service then you will never miss the order. They are knowledgeable about pets and willing to help.

It was our first time shopping at the store and what an amazing experience. Claire is so knowledgeable and spent so much time with me discussing our dogs food needs as one of them has tremendous allergies. I can't recommend this shop enough. We will be visiting a lot although they do offer online ordering as well if you can't make it in. Thank you for all the time you spent, the information you've given me and the food, the boys smelled it as soon as I walked in the door and they've now had some and they love it!

I was on the search for these little christmas pud cat toys as they are literally the only toy that my 17 year old will play with! Great customer service and fast delivery. Chevron is soo happy she doesn't have to play with her very sad looking 2 year old wrecked pud now!

The team is very helpful and considerate highly recommend them

it is always a pleasure, to collect my order. it is always ready and the assistant is always able to answer any questions.

I haven’t been with Imperial Pets for very long and my only regret is not finding them 15 years ago - my elderly bull terrier is really struggling with old age and I can’t thank Claire enough for her kindness and support in suggesting food and products to help my poor old furbaby during these tricky weeks - I am so grateful for the help and support and patience as I swap ans change my orders!! A goldmine Imperial Pets and Claire!!

Fast delivery and good communication! Highly recommend

While the product I ordered was not in stock, through no fault of IP as it was discontinued by the manufacturer, they went out of their way to source it from another seller or identify an alternative, even if they did not stock it.
Went above and beyond to assist me - outstanding customer service.
Called me several times to assist in my purchase and alternative arrived very quickly from Imperial Pets.
