Disliked the fact that there was no ICE rep present at any time during our stay. England Rugby Travel reps were very helpful indeed!

Great day everything well organised and run like clockwork

The show, was great, the food was not that great. the communication was not clear in receiving the tickets but when I had misplaced the tickets, you managed to sort out duplicates for me on the night

I have a great experience here as I get events which are according to my taste and budget. I must say Big Thank You to Marcus who helps me choose events that are suitable for my clients, my friends and my family in my budget. Very good client management Marcus. Full marks from me.

Always the best support and service, ICE have offered us some amazing events, Emma always makes sure we are always kept up to date with events that suit us.

Using Imperial simplifies experiences; booking is straightforward, and their online portal conveniently organizes all your reservations. I've been a satisfied user for years.

Imperial's organisation overall was faultless - However the booking in experience at the Alantis Royal was a joke, We had paid for an extra night so we could go straight to our room. We had TEAMS business meetings set up in the afternoon and needed to get some rest. There was no organisation or priority. The room cost a further £850 for early check-in. We spend 1 & half hours queuing in line to get our room, after being awake for over 24 hours. At best we would have had the room 6 hours early - as it turned out we got it 4.5 hours early - £850/6 = £141 per hour of which £211 was wasted whilst we waited in line. Considering the enormous cost for this event, I feel this organisation - or lack of it - was totally inexcusable. It felt more like a coach trip to Blackpool than the very expensive executive experience we were expecting.

Otherwise, everything else was fine and we really enjoyed the racing.

I booked the Abu Dhabi GP package including flights, transfers, hotel and tickets. Absolutely incredible experience, the staff were on hand and answered all of my queries, and the event was very well organised. I could not fault it at all! I am excited to book my next trip with Imperial.

Fabulous event. Pick ups and drop offs were well organised in a luxury coach. Seats at GP were excellent. We had booked one twin room but this wasn’t known by the hotel (the 3rd time this has happened, with the other times being at Roland Garros when we had to purchase another room.) Luckily the hotel found a twin room as we were early checking in. The access to the club lounge was great and the girls were always around for queries. Excellent event - please add an another extra night! Already booked for next year!

The experience was fantastic, of course a great event (Abu Dhabi F1) is hard to top as an all round event so really enjoyed that along with staying in Dubai at Atlantis.
Some challenges with the initial booking and name changes but we got there.
As a note, which i'm sure not the only one, is the bus leaving the car park at the F1, i get this is a venue issue and sure what your asked to do. As a suggestion for future, maybe you could get people to walk over to other side of the road (By Warner brothers) and meet at one of your team members. Then when you have 20-30 call a bus in from a more sensible location waiting 10-15 mins away, so save the 2 1/2 hour wait, not ideal and does impact the fun on the nights but accept not imperials fault

Overall a very good event Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Coaches left too early after the race day was the only issue apart from that very good event and good organisation from all the events staff .

We stayed in an amazing hotel in Dubai which made the whole experience fantastic
Plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions you had

We had a wonderful time guys, the only issue we had was locating the coach in the coach park on Saturday after qualifying, the Imperial staff were not visible enough.

Everytime I use Imperial it is well organised smooth process. I cannot recommend them more highly. Myself, clients and friends always have a great time
