Loved the Goucho
Loved the Goucho - lovely experience and very flexible with the drinks - happy to give us the value of the wine against other drinks.
O2 box was fabulous and great view. Bar service was good but only wines & beers available on the complimentary list, non of my guests drink either so I had to set up at tab - I won’t be interested in booking further events if this is going to be the same for future events

We're also pleased the O2 box and view lived up to expectations. With regard to the drinks selection in the box, we do understand your disappointment. The selection of complimentary wines and beers was outlined ahead of the event, but we completely take on board your comments and will pass this feedback along to the team to explore how we can improve the experience moving forward. Bryan Adams for the first time
Everything worked like clockwork from arriving at the 02 going to Gaucho restaurant where the meal was excellent and the staff very attentive, to getting into the arena finding our box getting seated over looking the stage, the staff in the box very attentive and helpful good selection of drinks getting out after the concert was hectic but it kept moving so not a real problem

Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons
The whole day was a wonderful experience, from the train journey on the British Pullman to Oxford, with breakfast and cocktails, to the beautiful lunchtime meal at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, and the return back to London. A beautiful and relaxing day, highly recommended!

British Pullman journey to Le Manoir
The entire day was planned perfectly and executed seamlessly. At every location on the day, there were always team members from Imperial there to take care of us and make sure everything ran smoothly. This excellent service complemented the luxurious treatment we received aboard the iconic British Pullman train and the exceptional and unforgettable lunch at Le Manoir. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to impress clients, win new ones or just treating yourself to a much deserved day off!

The panoramic restaurant
The panoramic restaurant was too crowded, we were squeezed in on a table of 12 and the food was not as good as the on5 restaurant that we had experienced a few times previously, not value for money and would not book this event again.
