They have run away with our money, I bet. Owing a lot of orders and refunds to all orders, including mine. Ignoring all my emails and attempts to reach them! Robbers. Just shut down your website if you are not trading anymore!

Scam company. Does not exist anymore. Took my money and never delivered the watch strap I had bought

If zero stars was an option I’d select that! Stay away from this company, no watch strap received after ordering in November, the company has ignored all of my emails, money wasted.

Do not use! Ordered 12 days ago and paid for next day delivery, nothing has arrived. I’ve had to go through my bank to cancel the transaction.

So annoyed that I didn't look at Trustpilot before ordering a strap. Like many others, no strap received and multiple emails ignored. I have reported them to Action Fraud and recommend that anyone else in the same position does so too.

Had to get refund through credit card, completely unresponsive after order confirmed and money taken, not good

Stay away, absolute scam. Never sent me the watch strap. Sent them an email a month later asking what was going on, completely ignored.

Thieves.

Payment taken- no delivery, no response to phone or emails.
Company shows as permanently closed.

Strap hasn’t arrived. No reply to email. Dreadful customer service. No phone number either. Do not buy from this company.

Strap never arrived, emailed several times but got no reply.

Doh! Should have looked here to see reviews before ordering. Paid £30 for a strap, never received and no answer from e-mails. Avoid like the plague.

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered a watch strap. I didn't receive it. I emailed company. No response. I emailed again for a refund. No response. They are committing fraud and their website should be shut down!

I ordered a strap from Imperial Strap Co on 16th October and received a confirmation email saying the strap was being readied to be ship. Payment for the order was taken. On 23rd October I emailed the company asking when my order was likely to be shipped. I received no response to that email or the one I sent on 23rd October, the 30th October, the 1st November or 6th November. I then emailed asking for a refund and, you guessed it, no reply. Yesterday (8th November) I visited the address listed on the web site as the address of Imperial Trading Group at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. No sign of that company or the Imperial Strap Co appeared on the list of companies occupying the building which was displayed at the entrance and people I spoke to could not recall the company operating from the building. So in light of the above I would suggest the Imperial Strap Co be avoided at all costs.

I never received my order. I have emailed twice to follow it up, with no response.

Awful in every respect, still no communication, no strap and fighting for a refund. Avoid

They haven’t sent the item and no reply.

Worst company.

I ordered one watch strap on the 8th of October, delivery stated 1-3 days, currently it is the 19th October and there’s been no update,

I have emailed the company 3 times for an update or response and have heard nothing back.

Update: No response from the company and have gone through my bank to claim the money back, I sent one further email asking them to cancel the order and to let them know my intentions to claim from my bank - No response from that either
